Clash of Clans introduces Summer themed skins for heroes and village

More excitement for CoC fans!

Summer’s starting to settle in many parts of the globe now and this has not gone exactly unnoticed in the gaming community either. Supercell has confirmed that there will be some brand new exclusive summer-themed content, some of which will be making its way to Clash of Clans in the upcoming July Gold Pass.

The July 2022 Gold Pass will feature a Summer Queen skin with the King and Royal Champion skins available in the shop

In May, Supercell already announced that summer-themed skin would be arriving in the June gold pass for Warden and a few other characters so it is great to see this finally in action in-game. That’s not all though, the Summer Queen skin is also going to appear in the game in the July gold pass.

The official Clash of Clans Twitter account posted a 51-second video highlighting some of the new summer-themed hero cosmetics. The Summer Warden seems to feature a summer tan, and beach ball and seems to attack by speaking into his gramophone. The Archer Summer Queen sports her usual gun but with an umbrella attached to it while the Barbarian Summer King and the Summer Champion skins are available in the in-game shop.

Supercell has some special new animations to accommodate the change in design for characters which might look unnerving at first but won’t take a long time to get used to. The changes aren’t just limited to character skins. There are also changes in Village scenery with beaches, water parks, and many more. Indeed, it all looks quite exciting as the whole village seems to be re-done with a very hot summer vibe. The updates do seem only cosmetic for now but the shakeups are very much welcome all the same.
