Call of Duty Mobile features some exciting game modes and several options to experience the popular first-person shooter franchise on the mobile platform. But, it looks like something more interesting is in the pipeline. Season 9 of COD Mobile is almost over, and now according to recent leaks, there’s much more waiting for the players in season 10. Here in this article on COD Mobile Season 10 leaks, we have summed up all you can expect in the upcoming season.
COD Mobile Season 10 New Maps
Out of all the maps leaked back in Season 9, Terminal and Pine didn’t release. So it is a good chance that those maps will be release on Season 10. moreover, Recent tweets from Activision hinted at the inclusion of this maps in the game.
The Terminal is a medium-sized multiplayer map that was there in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, based on the campaign mission No Russian.
This map, which is basically an airport terminal, is full of luggage, bars, and small shops. The outside area of the map, where planes and cargo are stationed, has many tiny areas that are accessible as well. Players are allowed to go into a plane, which has realistic seats inside it, with the exception of the cockpit.
Pine is a multiplayer map featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare that was exclusive to the Gunfight mode. It comprises of a woodland training range with working metal targets beyond the perimeter, and a small grassy area from the infill point.
The eastern infill point is a firing range, while the western infill point is a bunker entrance. Each perimeter area leads to a rocky outcrop and a rusting vehicle to navigate or hide behind. A stream bisects the map, running southwest to northeast, with an open red container where the flag appears.
COD Mobile Season 10 New Weapons
The Weaponry section keeps on getting new guns. Going by one of the recent Reddit discussions, it is speculated that the new weapon will be a Shotgun of some kind. We guess it can be the Haymaker 12. It is a fully automatic shotgun that has a fast fire rate and great damage with a good range.
Apart from these, four variants of the already existing guns are leaked to be availabe in the battle pass of COD Mobile Season 10.
COD Mobile Season 10 New Characters
Some renowned characters from the Call of Duty franchise are expected to make their entry in season 10 of Call of Duty Mobile. Let’s know more about them. Recently a poster was leaked with the partial images of these characters to give us a hint about them.
Vladimir Makarov was the main antagonist of the Modern Warfare franchise and was the leader of an Ultranationalist terrorist cell and Imran Zakhaev’s protégé. Makarov was the unseen overarching antagonist in Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was the secondary antagonist of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and was the main antagonist of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Also, he appeared as a customization option in Call of Duty: Ghosts.
The second character that is leaked is Mace. Mace was a Jackal’s Operator of the Allegiance faction featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and now features in Call of Duty Mobile as well. He was released on February 25th, 2020 In Call of Duty: Modern Warfare with the “Mace Operator Bundle”. Mace used to serve with Simon Riley in the same unit prior to the events of Modern Warfare.
The third character that is leaked is Mara. Mara was a Warcom operator of the Coalition faction featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Mara was released during Season One of Modern Warfare as part of the Battle Pass.
Alessandra “Outrider” Castillo was a specialist in Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, and also appeared in Call of Duty: Heroes. Outrider was a member of Brazil’s special forces, where she specialized in eliminating enemies from long ranges.
5. Simon Ghost Riley
Lieutenant Simon “Ghost” Riley was a British special forces operator, and a prominent member of Task Force 141, known for his iconic skull-patterned balaclava, headset, and dark red sunglasses. He previously featured in the first season of Call of Duty Mobile where he was the Battle Pass character.
6. Frank Woods
Master Sergeant Frank Woods was a supporting character in Call of Duty: Black Ops, the deuteragonist and a playable character of the 1980s missions, the main character in the 2025 missions in Call of Duty: Black Ops II, a main playable character in Call of Duty: Black Ops: Declassified, and both a supporting character in Specialist HQ and a playable character for Blackout in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. Woods was part of the Studies and Observation Group (SOG) along with Alex Mason and Joseph Bowman.
COD Mobile Season 10 New Modes and Skills
1. New Mode – Headquarters
Headquarters (also known as King of the Hill) is a multiplayer game mode featured in all Call of Duty games. In this mode, teams capture a set point in the map known as the “headquarters” to gain points. It is one of the most popular game modes, as it offers experience per time that the headquarters is held, allowing for larger sums of points earned. Teams must coordinate a steadfast and solid defensive perimeter around a captured headquarters in order to hold it. 2. New Operator skill – Equalizer
You will now be able to use one more operator skill to knock out your enemies in the Multiplayer matches. Equalizer consists of dual integrated machine guns with built-in suppressors for close-quarter combat. This operator skill can really prove to be useful in the small maps like Cage, Rust, Standoff.
3. New Class in Battle Royale – Hacker
Last but not least is an all-new class for COD Mobile’s Battle Royale experience. Players will be able to hack the opposition like never before once COD Mobile Season 10 arrives.
The new class comes with a few key traits. Firstly, you’ll be able to blackout the minimaps of enemies in close proximity. Not only that, but opposition nearby will also be unable to use their own gadgets while hacked. In a few seconds, all nearby electronics can be taken out. Your enemies will have to rely on skill and movement alone while their tech is disabled in the fight. Here’s a gameplay video of this leaked class skill.
When will the COD Mobile Season 10 release?
The official date of release hasn’t been declared by Activision. Season 9 will be ending on 10th September and that is the date when we can expect the Season 10 to commence.
