Coly, Inc. has announced their latest game, Disney Sparklink Stars, set to launch soon on mobile in Japan. This is an officially licensed title by Disney Japan and has already started generating solid buzz among fans. There is no information available yet regarding the exact launch date.
Get ready for a mysterious new Disney mobile adventure
So, Disney Sparklink Stars is a new smartphone game from Coly, Inc., the creators of Stand My Heroes, On Air!, Promise of Wizard, and more. But at this moment, there is very little information available regarding the game besides its teaser key art reveal.
However, we do know this is part of the studio’s previously announced partnership agreement with The Walt Disney Company to develop and operate an original online game project. But I’m confused regarding what this game will be, since the studio usually makes otome games, and I can’t imagine a Disney otome title.
Since the key art reveal, many fans have already assumed it as an alternative title to Disney Twisted-Wonderland from Aniplex. Some even wish for a “Genshin-style game with the Disney universe.“At the same time, many are expecting it to be “future p2w nightmare,” with some even saying it will “EoS before 2027.” Still, it’s too early to judge and stay tuned for more updates regarding the game.
