eFootball 2026 has arrived with the v5.1.0 update, which is a minor one that brings a few gameplay tweaks. Alongside this, we have a new Legend Epic card debuting with this update and a couple of region-specific campaigns coming as well.

Feature Additions and Changes
The update adds Goal Projection and Kick-off Projection as new Stadium Elements for Custom Stadium setups. Several Stadium Element names have also been updated. The Profile Banner selection screen now features a reordered layout as well.
Additionally, only players with a Courtesy Rating of A can now participate in Ranking Events. Certain Player Skill descriptions have been revised in multiple languages. Teams across Ligue 2 BKT, AFC Champions League Elite, and AFC Champions League Two have been updated with the latest season data.
New licenses
KONAMI has expanded its roster of licensed content by adding Parma Calcio 1913, Udinese Calcio, Torino FC, Hellas Verona FC, and Como 1907 to the Italian League lineup. German side Eintracht Frankfurt also joins the list with updated team data.
eFootball 2026 new campaign, packs, and manager arrival
Diwali Campaign
Bringing the festive energy to eFootball is the Diwali Campaign, which used to be a region-specific campaign for the players in India in previous seasons; it is now available for all players around the world.
The event runs for around two weeks and gives us a chance to earn a custom-designed Diwali-themed strip, a new manager with a Link-up feature, and several gifts. There is also a 7-day special login present, earning items like GP, EXP, and special Diwali-themed effects. A special login bonus includes up to 50,000 GP and 20,000 EXP.
The event also includes a special Diwali-themed Goal Effect and a limited-time Profile Banner to personalize player profiles. Adding to the excitement, the campaign features a Sunil Chhetri card for free, alongside his free Avatar.
New Manager: Cesc Fabregas
The update introduces Cesc Fabregas as a new Manager available in the Over-the-Top Pass A style. He will be available for free with the Diwali campaign, and he gets the Possession Game proficiency at an 89 rating. Double boosters are great too, +1 to Lofted Pass and Defensive Engagement.
New Epic pack
New epics are common, where we get a rehash of the older ones, but debuting in the game for the first time is Rio Ferdinand, alongside Wayne Rooney and Darren Fletcher, getting the Red Devil fans excited to test their spins.
