Final Fantasy XV Mobile is in the development

Final Fantasy has a huge fan base right from the very beginning. Recently, in an official press release, reported by MMO culture, announced the development of a new MMORPG game. Final Fantasy XV Mobile is under development by Square Enix who has partnered with a Chinese company GAEA and a Japanese company JSC(Joyful Space of Creation). Let us look upon what can we expect from the game in brief.

About Final Fantasy XV Mobile

Currently, Final Fantasy XV Mobile is under development. Reportedly, the game is being developed in Unreal Engine 4. Shanghai Oriental pearl group will publish the untitled game in China first. Currently, there is no information about other regions.

Multiplayer-Features

According to the press release, unlike the original single player based game of Final Fantasy XV, the mobile version will incorporate various multiplayer features as well. Today, the era has turned towards multiplayer gaming. Apart from playing the game and completing missions in a solo format, the players like to team up or play against other human players and compete. Thus, the multiplayer feature should prove to be beneficial for the game developers.

Story of the game

The story will be similar or parallel to the original game based on the road trip. However, there will be several new areas as well as different new scenarios for the players to explore. One of the new areas known as the Great Pagoda along with continents floating in the sky will also be featured. The story is the retelling of Noctis, Ignis, Gladiolus, and Prompto’s road trip adventure from the old 2016 RPG.

Release Date

Unfortunately, currently there is no information on the release date of the game. However, the first official trailer will launch in the first half of 2020 as reported by mmo culture. The game will be launched in China first and followed by global release on a future date.
