Flexion Mobile reaches agreement with FunPlus to publish King of Avalon

Popular Android games distribution company Flexion Mobile Plc has reached an agreement with FunPlus to publish King of Avalon on alternative app marketplaces. In Q2 2022, Flexion will release the popular game on the Huawei App Gallery and Samsung Galaxy App Store.

According to AppMagic data, King of Avalon earns US$6 million in monthly gross sales on Google Play. Flexion’s distribution services will bring in additional money and players from alternative app stores with little effort or cost to FunPlus. Flexion presently generates roughly 10% more money from the Android games it distributes.

“FunPlus is one of the world’s top game developers so being chosen by them is a real feather in our cap,” says Jens Lauritzson CEO of Flexion. “King of Avalon has been downloaded more than 100 million times by players from nearly 150 countries. We’re delighted to add it to the Flexion portfolio.”

Flexion has successfully launched FunPlus’ games earlier as well

Prior to this agreement for publishing King of Avalon, Since 2019, FunPlus and Flexion have been partners in the gaming industry. FunPlus’ games Guns of Glory and Z Day have been successfully launched in other app stores such as the Samsung Galaxy Store, Huawei AppGallery, Amazon App Store, and ONEStore by Flexion.

The strategy MMO game King of Avalon, which is soon to be published allows players to create their own kingdom and form alliances. It is a free-to-play mobile strategy MMO developed by FunPlus studio KingsGroup. In the game, people utilize dragons to fight their enemies and conquer new lands in the hopes of one-day becoming rulers of all realms.
