The latest Fortnite leaks that have surfaced on the Internet hint at a possible collaboration with popstar Lady Gaga. Players might get to attend an in-game Lady Gaga concert this time.
When it comes to Fortnite, crossovers and collaborations with renowned franchises have always been a hit. There have been talks about Lady Gaga appearing in the game ever since the documents from the Epic Games vs Apple court leaked the artist’s name alongside Grande and J Balvin.
Recently, the Fortnite leaker FNLeaksAndInfo revealed a new collaborative emote Jug Band with a song playing in the background. The song appears to refer to Lady Gaga’s well-known hit Poker Face when four loopers join the emote.
Fortnite x Lady Gaga collab might feature on the in-game Icon Radio
The latest leaks from the same account claim that Lady Gaga, Lil Nas X, Janelle Monáe, Todrick Hall, King Princess, and Kim Petras will be featured on the in-game Icon Radio from September 8, 2022. Though this doesn’t provide any confirmation for a virtual concert by Lady Gaga, fans can’t stop but speculate about its possibility.
Furthermore, Epic Games formally announced this week’s return of the LGBTQIA+ Rainbow Royale celebration, which honors “love, understanding, acceptance, and all of the colors that make up the Fortnite community,” including tunes from Lady Gaga.
Speaking about Fortnite’s collaboration with popular and influential music artists, it all began with the first-ever virtual concert by Marshmello. The popularity of such concerts shot up when fans broke records with Travis Scott’s spectacular live performance in the game, followed by Ariana Grande’s interdimensional concert.
