Wriothesley

- Normal Attack: Forceful Fists of Frost
- Elemental Skill: Icefang Rush
- Elemental Burst: Darkgold Wolfbite
Wriothesley is a 5-star Cryo Catalyst character that was introduced to Genshin Impact in patch 4.1. Wriothesley primarily uses his fists to communicate, even though catalyst users are often associated with characters who resemble mages. The Fortress of Meropide is under the control of Wriothesley.

The Dockhand’s Assistant is a limited weapon that may be obtained through the Weapon Event Wish Banner when it appears.

Portable Power Saw (Claymore)
Portable Power Saw is a limited weapon that may be obtained through the Weapon Event Wish Banner when it appears.

Prospector’s Drill is a limited weapon that may be obtained through the Weapon Event Wish Banner when it appears.

Range Gauge is a limited weapon that may be obtained through the Weapon Event Wish Banner when it appears.

The Ballad of the Boundless Blue can be obtained by completing the Waterborne Poetry Main Event in Genshin Impact Version 4.1.

Genshin Impact Fontaine 4.1 Update: New Areas and Bosses
- Location: Liffey Region
- Boss: Millennial Pearl Seahorse
The Liffey Region is a neighbourhood in Fontaine. In this area, the Fortress of Meropide is submerged. The Fortress of Meropide is an underwater jail. Wriothesley is the administrator of the prison. The Liffey Region also serves as the home of the new boss, Millennial Pearl Seahorse.
- Location: Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region
- Boss: Experimental Field Generator
The Fontaine Research Institute of Kinetic Energy Engineering Region is a neighborhood in Fontaine. It was largely destroyed in a long-ago explosion. The explosion left constructions floating in the air, such as Allogravity-Condensed Water Bodies. The new boss Experimental Field Generator is also located at the institute.
