The fan-favorite Genshin Impact themed newsletter, Teyvat Times is back with Vol 3, revealing new information about the adventures and misadventures of travelers in the mystical world of Teyvat. Making a comeback in March 2022 after a year-long hiatus HoYoverse released Teyvat Times Returns with a bang and now it has released the third issue, which covers exciting stories from the new versions and events.
Teyvat Times Vol 3 focuses on top performers in the Teyvat region of Genshin Impact
The special edition of Teyvat Times places a heavy focus on the trendsetters.
- Black Serpent: Introduced with the Chasm update, Black Serpent is an elite enemy that drops ascension material for characters and weapons. The battles with the enemy surged by a whopping 98% and one particularly dedicated player battled with the shadowy husky enemy 312 times in one day.
- Ms. Hina Standee: A lot of characters hailing from Inazuma were introduced and with their introduction travelers got to know more about the island nation of Inazuma and its inhabitants. An interesting fact for the unaware is that the general of the Watatsumi army, Gorou writes columns, and to hide his identity Yae Miko came up with the name, Ms. Hina, and also went ahead to create a fake cutout of a middle-aged woman that resembles Gorou.
The cutout attracted a lot of visitors with players taking photos with it and many gamers returned to the spot every day.
- Blossoms of Summer Night: The most popular pick during the “Almighty Great and Glorious Drumalong Festival”, the song was played almost for 24% of the total time in the challenge.
- Enthusiastic Players: A player created an astonishing 389 music scores while another gamer attempted 882 scores posted by other players and managed to surpass 149 scores. Paimon attributes the power of music to insane feats.

- More than 450,000 travelers paid their tributes at the Pervases temple by lighting an incense stick.
- Meeting Xiao and Eavesdropping: A few lucky players (0.32%) crossed their path with the yaksha, Xiao during their daily commission runs in the “Uninvited Guests” quest post version 2.7 update.
- Umbrabilis Orchis: 1% of the players were able to unlock the statue mechanism in just 314 seconds and more than one-fourth of the travelers eavesdropped on the conversation between Zhiyi and Linlang in just one try.
