Genshin Impact Version 4.7 Phase 2 First character banner: Romaritime Meluserenity
This banner features the debut of the event-exclusive 5* character “Wondrous Dragonheir” Sigewinne (hydro/bow).
Sigewinne will be accompanied by the 4* characters “Chivalric Blossom” Noelle (geo/claymore), “Leonine Vanguard” Gaming (pyro/claymore), and “Thorny Benevolence” Rosaria (cryo/polearm), who will receive a huge drop-rate boost. All of these 4* characters are also permanently available in the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation without any boosted drop rates.
Genshin Impact Version 4.7 Phase 2 Second character banner: Chanson of Many Waters
This banner features the first rerun of the Hydro Archon “Endless Solo of Solitude” Furina (hydro/sword) since her release back in Version 4.2.
Furina will be accompanied by the 4* characters “Chivalric Blossom” Noelle (geo/claymore), “Leonine Vanguard” Gaming (pyro/claymore), and “Thorny Benevolence” Rosaria (cryo/polearm), who will receive a huge drop-rate boost. All of these 4* characters are also permanently available in the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation without any boosted drop rates.
Genshin Impact Version 4.7 Phase 2 Weapon banner: Epitome Invocation
This banner introduces the new 5* weapon Silvershower Heartstrings (bow) which is the signature weapon for Sigewinne. This banner also features the rerun of Splendor of Tranquil Waters (sword), the signature best-in-slot weapon for Furina.
This banner also features the event-exclusive 4-star weapon Lithic Blade (claymore), as well as the 4-star weapons Lion’s Roar (sword), Favonius Lance (polearm), Favonius Codex (catalyst), and Sacrificial Bow (bow), all of them will receive a huge drop-rate boost.
Among these 4* weapons, Lion’s Roar (sword), Favonius Lance (polearm), Favonius Codex (catalyst), and Sacrificial Bow (bow) are also permanently available in the Standard Wish – Wanderlust Invocation without any boosted drop rates.
Why you should go for Sigewinne or Furina in Genshin Impact Version 4.7
Sigewinne is a new character whose pull value cannot be decided now. Players are advised to wait a few days to find out whether she is worth pulling. So far she seems like a decent healer whose best pairing is with Furina. Furina has a very high pull value since she is one of the best characters in Genshin Impact so far.
A top-tier all-type DMG buffer and Hydro sub-DPS. Other than that, among the 4* characters there really isn’t anyone to look out for. As for the 5* weapons, both are great stat-sticks but only the intended characters can benefit from the passive. Silvershower Heartstrings can be good on Yelan as well.
While the Splendor of Tranquil Waters has a decent CRIT DMG sub-stat, the passive is useless on most characters and there are better DPS swords. Only pull for these weapons if you already have the characters and plan on making them stronger. As for the 4* weapons, Favonius Bow is a go-to weapon for any support character.
