Goddess of Victory: NIKKE rolls out another major content update with the Fatal Maid story event, bringing a brand-new SSR Nikke, fresh costumes, Archives additions, and multiple limited-time events, Valentine-themed activities. Here’s a complete overview of everything that arrived with the update on January 29, 2026.
Goddess of Victory: NIKKE “Fatal Maid” Event and Update Overview
New SSR Nikke: Velvet
SSR Velvet, a member of the Maid For You squad and a former special agent maid, joins the game through Special Recruit. She is a Supporter who consumes ammo from her pouch to enhance her allies’ attack capabilities, while her Burst Skill allows her own attacks to strike enemies more aggressively during combat.
Velvet uses the sniper rifle Femme Fatale, carries the Wind code, and is manufactured by Tetra Line. Her Special Recruit banner runs from the end of the January 29, 2026, maintenance until February 11, 2026. After the banner ends, Velvet will be added to Ordinary Recruit, Social Point Recruit, and Mold items.
New Costume and Limited Costume Reruns
Velvet also receives a brand-new limited costume, Sensual Rabbit, which is obtainable through the February Mission Pass. The costume ties into the update’s Maid Cafe theme and is unlocked by progressing through the premium pass.
Several limited costumes return to the Cash Shop for a short time, including Sin – Backstreet Dream, Trony – Sweet Step, Signal – Dramatic Chocolate, and Drake – Maid For Villain. All rerun costumes will be available from the end of the January 29 maintenance until February 11, 2026.
New Story Event: FATAL MAID
The highlight of the update is the new story event FATAL MAID. Despite officially joining Maid For You, Velvet struggles to fully settle into life at the Maid Cafe. When a mysterious dark force threatens the cafe, Cocoa initiates a secret operation to protect it.
The FATAL MAID event runs from January 29 to February 11, 2026. Completing event stages rewards event currency, which can be exchanged for Recruit Vouchers, skill enhancement materials, and other valuable items. A Challenge Stage is also available, featuring high-difficulty boss fights that offer additional development materials.
Archives, Login Event, and Valentine Content
The Valentine-themed story event ROMANTIC VALENTINE has been added to the Archives, allowing you to unlock and replay it using Memory Films. These films can be obtained by participating in ongoing events.
A new 7-Day Login Event titled MAID CAFE STAMP is also live during the update period. The update also adds a new Arcade mini-game titled Pirate Cafe, along with new player titles and additional profile card decoration objects.
