1. The Traveler’s wind glider
The Wind Glider in Genshin Impact is a remarkable tool that allows players to soar through the skies of the vast open world of Teyvat. This magical device harnesses the power of wind, granting players the ability to glide effortlessly across breathtaking landscapes, scale towering cliffs, and traverse long distances with grace and speed.
The gliding feature was not implemented in the new HoYoverse game, but this has not been a problem for players to openly explore the new worlds of Honkai Star Rail. Players can find the Wind Glider inside Herta Space Station’s Storage Zone, specifically in the northeastern room.
2. Little Timmy
When reading Natasha’s list from the bookshelf, a familiar character from Genshin Impact can be found. The note mentions a person named little Timmy and his love for pigeons, it has been written that there are no birds to be found in the underground. Timmie is a character in Genshin Impact, known for his interactions with players in the game.
He is a young boy who can be found near the Statue of The Seven in Mondstadt. Timmie has a strong bond with his pet pigeon named Anemo, and players often encounter him while he is worried about the safety of his feathered friend. Interacting with Timmie provides players with unique dialogue and quests, adding an endearing touch to the world of Genshin Impact. The note can be found in Natasha’s clinic in Boulder Town.
3. Zhongli’s Elemental Burst
Hexanexus Puzzles found in the Xianzhou Luofu region bear a striking resemblance to Zhongli‘s Elemental Burst from Genshin Impact. Zhongli’s Elemental Burst, “Planet Befall,” is a signature ability of the Geo archon where he calls upon the power of Geo to summon a gigantic meteorite from the sky.
This powerful burst showcases Zhongli’s command over the earth element and his ability to bring forth immense destruction to his foes. It is a simple easter egg but resembles a lot of the similarities between the two areas, it can also be noticed that the Xianzhou Luofu also has a lot of similarities with the architectural design of Liyue.
4. Paimon’s voice
When you examine one of the blockade lines in the Administrative District, you’ll come across a dialogue from Genshin Impact’s Paimon that definitely sounds familiar. This dialogue is also heard when you reach a certain point of the map in Genshin Impact where the area is prohibited to explore. Paimon will warn you and speak the dialogue saying “How about we explore the area ahead of us later?”. It is a simple detail for an easter egg in the new game.
Since Trailblazers do not have a companion when exploring and during the adventure, this dialogue was added to remind the same warning to players about prohibited areas to explore in both games. Similarly, During the “Devising Stratagems” mission, when attempting to cross a specific area in Central Starskiff Haven, you will receive a dialogue from a Cloud Knight that resembles Paimon’s warning.
5. A Traveler from a Different World
Another easter egg from the Administrative District of Belobog’s world can be found about Genshin Impact. There’s a delightful interaction with Fizz, one of the booksellers. Fizz has her own little book shops where players can interact and buy books from her shop. Simply engage in a conversation and ask her about her book recommendations, specifically in the genre of “fantasy.” Fizz will eagerly share her enthusiasm and tell you about a highly popular book that she thoroughly enjoyed reading.
A line saying “It’s about a traveler from another world who is on a journey to find their family. It’s very popular among young people… I loved it!“. Genshin Impact mainly fits all of the descriptions mentioned in her dialogue, it is a simple easter egg but remarkable enough to excite players.
