Smilegate has unveiled a new trailer for its upcoming collectible time-travel RPG, MIRESI: Invisible Future, and launched a new “Chronicle” section on the official website. Developed by Control 9, the game was first announced in August 2025, with a launch planned for this year across multiple platforms.
The new trailer showcases chaotic battles, key characters, and stunning anime-style visuals
So, if you’re unaware, MIRESI: Invisible Future is a promising collectible RPG that is being developed by the team behind “Goddess of Victory: NIKKE and Seven Knights 2. And from what I can see in the new trailer, it looks like they’re focusing on a blend of time travel themes, cool visuals, and high-stakes storytelling.
I also like how the newly released trailer begins with a chaotic sequence centered around the collapse of the world itself. And that’s where we once again see key characters like Ende, Itsuka, and Tieria fighting desperately in what looks like an intense battle. I can guarantee that fans will love the anime-style visuals here.
You can explore the new Chronicle page for development updates and future plans
One more standout moment was when Endu turned towards the player (us), known as the Councilor, which beautifully created a direct emotional opening before the trailer repeatedly shifted between the peaceful timeline and the world’s destruction, reinforcing the game’s central idea of changing fate by traveling back in time.
Besides the trailer, you can now check out the Chronicle page, which works as the central hub offering the game’s development progress. Here, you can look into future plans, important development milestones, as well as interim development reports, and more. In any case, MIRESI is still targeting a 2026 release on mobile, PC, and more, so stay tuned for more updates.
