It’s a month of wrap-ups, surprises, and last-minute announcements, and the mobile gaming space didn’t slow down one bit. Let’s take one last dive into the biggest mobile gaming highlights of the final month.

Monthly Mobile Gaming News Roundup for December 2025

Week 1: December 01 to December 07

Executive Summary

Week 1 of December saw a mix of global launches, soft launches, pre-registrations, and some interesting developments. Where Winds Meet went live globally, while Hello Kitty and Friends World and Dragon Village Rumble also launched on mobile alongside Android launches of Thetan Immortal – Campaigns and Abyss Hunters.

Soft launches included Ragnarok Monster Kitchen, Party Pop Bubblyz, Xeno Warpath, Fairytale Quest, and MLB The Show in select regions. Pre-registrations opened for HEAVENHELLS, and Limit Zero Breakers announced its upcoming closed beta.

Week 2: December 08 to December 14

Executive Summary

The second week started with some interesting arrivals, including Nightgate: Try Edition, Best Guess Live, Doki Doki Literature Club, Obey Me! Till Death Do Us Part, Ruler of the Land, and CloverPit. Soft launches were RIVOR, Magicmon: World, Immortals Revenge, and Fortnite, with its US Android relaunch, while Crossfire: Legends returned to SEA.

Pre-registrations opened for Mindcop, Medabots Survivors, Super Marine Defense, Academy of Heroes, Gumslinger 2: Ducks & Nukes, Ponchorado, ABYSSDIA, and Arknights: Endfield, with several set for early 2026 launches.

Executive Summary

Another week where we saw a good mix of releases and new game reveals. Doraemon Comic Traveler, Contra Guns, SlimyLeap, Kamaeru: A Frog Refuge, Spilled!, Legendary Pilots, and Craft Warriors Frontier went live globally, while Pepp Heroes: Relic Quest soft-launched in select regions.

Pre-registrations opened for Hatch Dragons, and several future releases were scheduled, including SILT, Twin Shot Deluxe, Fallen Sword II, Koihime Taisen, and DAVE THE DIVER with Project RX teasing its subculture isekai adventure. Sports titles also made moves with Be A Pro: Football, FIFA on Netflix Games, and FIFA Super Soccer on Roblox.

The week also saw Light of Motiram being pulled from stores, Blade & Soul Heroes announcing its South Korea shutdown, and Rainbow Six Mobile setting its global launch date, while Real Racing 3 confirmed its retirement in March 2026 and KONAMI emerging as a contender for the FIFA gaming license.

Week 4: December 22 to December 28

Executive Summary

Carrying the momentum of the third week was #DRIVE Rally, Pond Pals, Frostland Survival, and ROM: Golden Age by going live globally, while Eternal Sword Pact launched on December 26. Pre-registrations opened for Motto Immortal, Taimanin Squad, Astro Defenders: Capt. Couch, Spirits of Aetheria, Lunar Order, Dragon Traveler, and Heartopia, with many set for early 2026 releases.

Another week where we saw shutdowns, with Goddess Order, TEPPEN, and MARVEL Mystic Mayhem confirming their EOS. King’s Raid opening global closed beta registration, and BLEACH Mirrors High set a summer 2026 launch window. Kairosoft revealed KochiKame: Ryo-san’s Billion-Yen Beat, and FIFAe Club World Cup 26 registrations officially went live.

Week 5: December 29 to December 31

Executive Summary

The last three days of the month also had a few news items to share. Treasure Flea Market, Lost Oasis: Monster War, The Biggleboss Incident, and Asphalt Champions launched globally.

While Tavern Tale entered open beta with global pre-registration, pre-registrations opened for Battle Racer: Zombie Island, Banishers: Faiths Entwined, and DATE A LIVE: Love Limit Break, signalling upcoming launches in 2026.
