The July 2023 Starlight skin will be the Sanctified Flame skin and the lucky hero to be possessing this skin will be Minisitthar, who is a Fighter role hero who recently got revamped, ever since the Revamp he has been a force to reckon with thanks to his extremely annoying damage and CC abilities, most especially his Ultimate ability that serves as a No-Blink zone for enemy heroes.
Moreover, This skin has cool effects and portrays Minisitthar as a very much powerful and capable warrior. The skin possesses very intriguing skill effects making it somewhat of an Epic tier skin.
