Nana is a hero with the common four skill sets of one passive and three actives. In this Nana guide, let’s see what are her abilities in Mobile Legends, and when you can use which skill to get the best out of her.
Passive – Molina’s Gift
This is Nana’s most unique passive, she is still alive when she takes deadly damage. She transforms into a cute little bunny for 2 seconds, within this duration. Nana is immune to all damage and her movement speed is gradually increased by 70%. Cool Down for this passive is 120 seconds and CD reduction items are not working for her Passive.
Skill 1 – Magic Boomerang (AoE)
CD – 5.5/5.2/4.9/4.6/4.3/4.0
Nana throws her Boomerang in the designated area and slows the enemies by 40% for 1 second while she deals 200/220/240/260/280/300 amount of magic damage. The first enemy takes full damage but the next one takes 20% less damage, up to 60%.
Skill 2 – Molina Smooch (CC,Summon)
CD – 14.5/14/13.5/13/12.5/12
Nana summons Molina to the designated area. After a short delay, Molina transforms the enemy for 1.5 seconds while she deals 250/275/300/325/350/375 amount of Morph damage and slows them down by 50%/54%/58%/62%/66%/70%. Magic defense is reduced by 25% for the morphed enemy unit. Once Molina locks on a target it can be dodged if another enemy player willingly stands in the target’s way.
Skill 3 – Molina Blitz (Burst,CC)
CD – 36/32/28
Nana deals Area of Effect damage three times with this skill. Each attack slows the enemy by 50% for 2 seconds while she deals 400/540/680 amount of magic damage. If this power hits the single enemy 2 times that enemy will be stunned for 1 second.
Skill Up Methods for Nana
Unlock Skill 1 first and upgrade it to the max level. Upgrade your Skill 2 accordingly and the Ultimate whenever available.
Best Emblem Set and Spells for Nana in Mobile Legends
Use the custom Mage Emblem to deal more damage. Use your talent point like this to harass enemies more often. Here we mainly focus on her movement speed and magic power. Finally use Impure rage to deal with massive damage on enemy units.
- Agility (+3)
- Catastrophe (+3)
- Impure Rage (+1)
The Magic emblem is also good for her. Use your talent points in Energy to get a decent amount of Mana and then put your points in desire for CD reduction. Finally, spend your point on Power surge to deal extra magic damage. Lightning Truncheon and Clock of Destiny are the most useful items for this emblem.
- Energy (+3)
- Desire (+3)
- Magic Power Surge (+1)
Nana does not have any kind of escape power so use Sprint or Flicker in order to survive. She is a very fragile hero so flicker will definitely help him out to escape from the bad situations. Or else you can use Flameshot to deal more damage.
Best Builds for Nana in Mobile Legends
As we know she is a Mage/Support hero, so we can use her in both cases by just changing her build. If you are playing as a mage you have to deal a lot of damage and in that scenario build Magic Shoes to spam your skills often. You can also build Demon Shoes if you want to regenerate your mana. Lightning Truncheon and Glowing Wand are the core items for her, it’s for additional damage. The Clock of Destiny will increase the additional damage from Lightning Truncheon, so build it first and complete 10 stacks in order to deal more damage. Ice Queen Wand to amplify Nana’s slowing effect.
You can use Holy Crystal or Blood wings to increase damage. Now if we playing her as a support, Genius Wand will help you to reduce magic defense. Necklace of Durance to reduce enemies’ regen effect. In the late phase buy Immortality to gain an extra life. We will suggest you use Magic Damage build with custom Mage emblem and Flicker.
Mobile Legends Nana Gameplay Tips
Nana is a very flexible hero, she can handle any lane. When you are the only mage in the team then go in the mid lane; it will provide you more exp and gold. But if you are playing as support then buy a wooden mask and help your offlaner. Do not play solo since she is a team fight hero. According to her gameplay, we can break it down into three phases. Our Mobile Legends Nana guide includes the perfect game plan for the early, mid, and late game in the game. However, a player must need a good understanding of the map to bring the best out of any hero.
Buy an Elegant Gem to recover your lost Mana and HP. Then buy a normal Boot and prioritize Clock of destiny. Do not take blue buff if your carry wants to hyper.
Clear the minion’s wave and focus on upgrading your level. Try to build Clock of destiny as fast as you can, after that Build Lightning Truncheon. Do not forget to rotate with your team after reaching level 4.
Place your second skill in a bush and after morphing do a surprise attack with your allies. Do not fall behind gold, building items are very important. Your duty is the help your damage dealer if you are playing as support.
Building Necklace of Durance will spoil the enemy regen effect and try to build items according to the enemy team. Do whatever you want but always try to push turrets and rotate with your teammates. Providing vision is another important thing for Nana.
Nana is not a solo player after getting nerfed by developers, so her mid-phase and late phase’s duty is to gank with the team. You are very fragile so don’t get caught by a heavy CCed enemy. Build items as fast as possible so you can place 2 Molina at the same time and poke your enemies more often.
Try to place your ultimate in a team fight in order to stun them. Always check your passive during turret dive. If your passive is not available at that moment do not play too aggressive. Use the following skill combos to utilize Nana fully in Mobile Legends.
Skill 2+Skill 3+ Skill 1 (this will deal heavy damage)
Skill 2+Skill 1+Skill 3
Both combos are useful, use it according to the situation. Turning your enemy into a rat will help your allies to kill him easily. Spam skill 2 first to identify hidden enemies too.
She is really a very helpful hero but in some cases, the enemy will particularly mark nana in order to protect their damage dealer. So place your skill 2 fast watch out and then push. She is an annoying hero due to her second skill. Any stunner tank and Nana combo can literally dominate the early phase. You can use Nana especially if your enemy team pick Aldous, Esmeralda, Saber, Odette, Atlas, etc.
