Mobile Legends Season 38’s ranked season has officially concluded, after bringing various new challenges, rewards, and thrilling updates along the way. Now, the new season 39, called the Cloudrise season update started on December 18th, 2025, and was themed around the new hero, Sora, who first arrived on the same date. Mobile Legends Ranked Season 39 Journey: Rewards and Tiers
The Season Journey of Ranked Season 39 will showcase a new skin and avatar border, among other rewards. To obtain these rewards, you must complete the specified total number of matches in the current season. The rewards and the total number of matches required to unlock them are listed below:

- Balmond “Iron Hide Berserker” skin – 20 ranked matches
- 3000 BP – 40 ranked matches
- Deluxe epic trail card – 60 ranked matches
- 750 M tickets – 80 ranked matches
- 20 emblem pack – 100 ranked matches
- 7000 BP – 120 ranked matches
- 1500 magic dust – 160 ranked matches
- S39 exclusive Profile Namecard – 200 matches
Road to Mythic
The Road to Mythic event section of the S39-ranked season would provide amazing rewards, once you attain the Mythic rank. The rewards even get better when you climb to even higher ranks like Mythical Honor, Glory, and Immortal Ranks.

The tasks and rewards are:
- Mythic 1 Stars: Players get 2 ranked protection cards.
- On completing 10 placement matches, you get an exclusive S39 profile background.
- By winning 10 ranked matches at Mythic rank, you get 10 Mythic coins.
- Mythic Honor (25-49 stars) – You get an S39 Exclusive Personal Profile background featuring the upcoming new hero, Sora.
- Mythic Glory (50-99 stars) – You get a Star protection card.
- Mythic Immortal (100+ stars) – You get an exclusive S39 loading border.
Mobile Legends Ranked Season 39: Ranked Reset Tiers
As the new ranked Season 39 debuts, your final rank from the last season will automatically change. In short, you get demoted to a lower rank at the start of a new ranked season. The Ranked reset tiers for heroes in different ranks are:
- Warrior rank: If you’re in the Warrior rank, you won’t get demoted on the ranked season reset. Instead, all stars obtained would be taken away.
- Elite rank: If you’re within the Elite rank, you won’t demoted on the ranked season reset. Instead, all stars obtained in the rank would be taken away on the ranked season reset.
- Master rank: Starting from the Master Rank, you get demoted to lower ranks on the ranked season reset. If you’re in Master 3 and 4 ranks, you’re demoted to Elite 1, while Master 2 players are demoted to Master 4. Also, if you end up in Master 1, you get demoted to Master 3.
- Grandmaster rank: If you end up in the following divisions of Grandmaster rank, you get demoted into the following rank divisions:
- Players in Grandmaster 1 would get demoted to the Grandmaster 3 rank.
- Players in Grandmaster 2 would get demoted to the Grandmaster 4 rank.
- Players in Grandmaster 3 would get demoted to the Grandmaster 5 rank.
- Players in Grandmaster 4 would get demoted to the Master 1 rank.
- Players in Grandmaster 5 would get demoted to the Master 2 rank.
- Epic rank: And, if you end up in the following divisions of Epic rank, you’ll get demoted into the following rank divisions:
- Players in Epic 5 would get demoted to the Grandmaster 2 rank.
- Players in Epic 4 would get demoted to the Grandmaster 1 rank.
- Players within ranks, Epic 3 and Epic 2, would get demoted to the Grandmaster Epic 5 rank division.
- Players in Epic 1 would get demoted to Epic 4 rank.
- Legend Rank: For the following divisions of Epic rank, you get demoted into the following rank divisions:
- Players within ranks, Legend 1, 2, 3, and 4, would get demoted to the Epic 3 rank division
- Whilst players in the Legend 5 rank would be demoted to the Epic 4 rank division.
- Mythic Rank: If you’re in mythic placement matches or end up with Mythic 1-24 starts, you’re demoted to Epic 2 rank.
- Mythic Honor rank: Players who end up in the Mythic Honor rank division, that is, having stars from 25-49, would get demoted to Epic 1.
- Mythic Glory rank: Players who end up in the Mythic Glory rank division, that is, having stars from 50-99 would get demoted to the Legend 5 rank.
- Mythic Immortal: Players who end up in the Mythic Immortal rank division, that is, players with 100+ mythic stars, would get demoted to Legend 5.

Ranked S39 First Recharge
By completing the diamond recharge tasks, you’ll be rewarded with the following rewards:
- By recharging at least 20 diamonds during the Ranked Season 39, you’ll be able to claim a free S39 First Recharge Avatar Border.
- By recharging any amount of Diamonds, you’ll be able to purchase a new Yi Sun-shin special skin for as low as 100 Diamonds.
- And, by recharging for 3 different days within Ranked Season 39, you can purchase a name-change card for as low as 50 diamonds.
Mobile Legends Ranked Season 39: Ranked Reset Rewards
Now, by attaining different specified ranks, you’ll be rewarded with the following rewards:
- Warrior rank: 500 BP, 1 premium fragment, and 50 M tickets
- Elite rank: 1000 BP, 3 premium fragments, and 100 M tickets
- Master rank: 2000 BP and 150 M tickets
- Grandmaster rank: 3500 BP and 300 M tickets
- Epic rank: 6000 BP and 500 M tickets.
- Legend Rank: 10,000 BP and 750 M tickets
- Mythic rank: 10,000 BP, 750 M tickets, and a (30-day) Mythic emote.
Ranked Season 39 Mythic skin
Hylos‘ new Mythic skin will be available for grabs right from the beginning of the new Ranked Season 39. You can obtain it completely free just by exchanging your accumulated Mythic Coins. 40 Mythic Coins are needed to obtain a Mythic skin. To obtain the new Hylos Mythic skin, you’ll need to rank up to Mythic 15 stars to collect 10 Mythic Coins, and then exchange them for the new skin.
Mobile Legends Ranked Season: How to get Balmond Season 39 Painted Skin
Starting from Season 39, the seasonal Ranked skins will also get a painted skin, and Balmond’s “Iron Hide Berserker” painted skin is now available in-game. The best part is that you could get this skin for free from the Season Achievement Event, which was live in-game until December 31.

By completing all the event tasks, you earn Meteor Core. You need 100 Meteor Cores to claim the painted skin for free in MLBB. Once you’ve the skin, you can exchange the rest of the Meteor Cores for other rewards, like Hero Fragments and Small Emblem Packs. Here are the tasks you need to complete:
