The Treasures of the Galaxy event in Monopoly Go will be coming on November 20, 2024, and involves extracting artifacts from a grid using pickaxe tokens obtained through tournaments and events. The event will last five days and end on November 24th, 2024. As expected, there will be 25 levels of progression to complete.
The Treasures of the Galaxy event in MONOPOLY GO! follows a similar structure to past dig events. You will uncover artifacts by digging beneath a grid using Pickaxe Tokens. These tokens can be earned by reaching milestones in tournaments and banner events, making them a key resource for progressing through this cosmic treasure hunt.
MONOPOLY GO! Treasures of the Galaxy Event Strategies and Tips
To get started, here’s a basic tip: success with your Pickaxes requires a bit of strategy. Begin by examining the empty spots at the top; this will give you an idea of how many Pickaxes you’ll need and where the treasures might be hidden. A good move is to start by using a Pickaxe in the middle of the grid.
This helps cover more ground and gives you a better chance of finding treasures. Avoid using Pickaxes in the corners or along the edges unless you are pretty sure there is something valuable there. After clearing out some middle squares, look for tiles that most likely hold parts of the treasure. Look for those areas where revealing a tile without treasure eliminates most of the others.
To collect more Pickaxe tokens, you need to participate in parallel events or tournaments, which you can track with the help of my events list guide. Check the solo events and tournaments and see how many rewards they will fetch. In total, for completing 25, I suggest 400-450 pickaxes might be needed to complete this event.
MONOPOLY GO! Treasures of the Galaxy Event Rewards
All rewards for the event have been revealed. The rewarding pattern gets a healthy switch back to 25 levels, which come with the Dice Rolls and Pickaxe Tokens.
The collaboration with MARVEL continues, as we will also get a Rocket Raccoon Shield and Baby Groot Token that can be claimed at Levels 11 and 20 respectively alongside usual dice and cash rewards. Wild Stickers is also featured this time, as a part of the ultimate milestone.
