Anime fans must be smacking their lips just at the sight of reading this news. Yes, Naruto goes mobile as NARUTO SHIPPUDEN, an RPG title based on the popular anime has begun closed beta testing for Android in select regions.
NARUTO SHIPPUDEN aims to recreate the magic of the franchise
You must be very familiar with this name, but here’s a small introduction to the anime and manga franchise. Set in a world where ninjas harness powerful techniques, the series follows Naruto Uzumaki and his friends as they navigate the challenges of friendship, rivalry, and personal growth. The Naruto Shippuden franchise has captivated fans worldwide with its thrilling adventures, unforgettable characters, and deep, emotional storytelling.
In this game, you can step into the roles of Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, or Sakura Haruno. You choose to become friends or rivals with these iconic characters that are present in the game. As you begin the game, you will be getting a story mode as well, and the developer has assured you that countless magical stories await you in the ninja world.
This is a collectible RPG with a vast world, so you can roam and interact with other characters. The graphics look decent although not otherworldly. The combat system is decent as well, with multiple special moves that can unlock as you progress. You can upgrade your equipment, collect a diverse array of ninjas, and engage in open-world PvP battles.
With the closed beta now live, you can play NARUTO SHIPPUDEN on Android via the Google Play Store. This beta is active in select regions mostly in the SEA region, including Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia to name a few. Details regarding the global launch and iOS platform haven’t been active yet.
