Once Human, NetEase Games’ upcoming action survival title is gearing up for a new round of cross-platform closed beta testing which is scheduled to begin on 28th February 2025. Open for both Android and iOS users, this invite-only test will run for a month straight, concluding on the 31st of March 2025.
Once Human cross-platform CBT will be open for players across all regions
Announced alongside its Canada early access in 2021, Once Human is an adventure game that combines elements of the supernatural with the experience of open-world survival. The game had multiple tests since 2022 for both PC and mobile, with the most recent one being concluded in September 2024.
How to sign up for the Once Human Closed Beta
What’s interesting about this test is that it lets you play seamlessly across PC and mobile. So, if you want to join and experience the game, you’ll need an invitation. Just fill out the survey if you are from any part of the world (except South Korea), and if you’re selected, you’ll get an in-game mail with your beta access. Starting February 27, 2025, the downloads will begin for the selected participants.
You’ll have full access to all game scenarios, but keep in mind that the mobile version is still in development, so things might feel a bit different from the final release. The beta will allow you to carry over progress and access all game scenarios, with cross-platform progression enabled between platforms like Loading Bay, Steam, and the Epic Games Store.
This is your chance to jump in early and see how cross-save works before the full launch. And speaking of launch, the 2025 Development Roadmap points to an April 2025 release, so think of this beta as your first bite before the main course.
