Pokémon Unite community became vocal after the Garchmop weekly mission is introduced

Earlier this happened with Slowbro

More trouble for Pokémon UNITE’s Developers piles up after new weekly missions for the game are introduced. Pokémon Unite players are upset with this week’s missions as the Pokémon is not in free rotation and they are required to buy Garchomp just to complete the Battle Pass mission.

Many players have complained that the mission would be acceptable if Garchomp was in free rotation but now they are required to buy Garchomp, which costs 10,000 Aeos Coins or 575 Aeos Gems in the Pokémon UNITE shop.

Weekly missions are a great way for players to earn some Fashion Items, Aeos Tickets and much more, weekly missions help players continue to progress through the game’s battle pass system. but this week’s missions require players to complete Six (6) matches as Garchomp to gain 120 BP tokens.

Players are complaining this is unfair and not acceptable for those who don’t own Pokémon (Garchomp) already.

Community uproar

Despite the Community Uproar, there’s no response from TiMi Studio’s and the mission remains unchanged in Pokémon UNITE’s Battle Pass. This week’s Garchomp Mission gives the highest reward, which is 120 Battle tokens.

For players who can’t complete this mission would be a real bummer and we hope this issue will be addressed in the future and Hope future Battle Pass challenges will only include Pokémon that can be completed by all players during that week without the need for additional purchases.

Similar situation happened with Slowbro earlier

Just like Garchomp, Slowbro is another Pokémon who’s not much popular in the game. There was a similar mission last week in a game for Slowbro. Pokémon UNITE Devs have made him free to play so that players can pick him when they don’t have many choices.
