The second Pre-Alpha test for Project R.I.S.E. is fast approaching, and the development team is excited to bring the game back into the hands of eager players. This new test focuses on improving core systems based on what was learned from the first Pre-Alpha while giving iOS players a taste of key meta-features ahead of the Alpha test scheduled for Q1 2025.
Project R.I.S.E Pre-Alpha II focuses on refined gameplay, with no new characters or environments
As I’ve mentioned before, the next Project R.I.S.E. Pre-Alpha II test will bring a lot of gameplay changes and meta-features, along with the purpose of better player experience and progression mechanics. You get a chance to experience new gameplay mechanics like hero progression, chests, and perk recycling.
While there is no new content in terms of characters or environments, the development team has prioritized refining gameplay elements such as Floor Completion, Asynchronous Perk Selection, and Phoenix Feathers to name a few. Meta Features such as Hero Progression and Battle Pass Simulator will also get refinements.
Additionally, players will now earn Pass Points for completing floors, which can be used to unlock chests in the Battle Pass Simulator. Another interesting feature is that as you level up your heroes, they will unlock the ability to skip floors. As for the Hero updates are concerned, characters such as the Barbarian, Valkyrie, and Firecracker have received updates to their abilities and systems to refine their roles in combat.
Project R.I.S.E second Pre-Alpha servers will be live for 24 hours on November 1, 2024
This test is accessible to players in both the EU and the US. Exclusive for iOS with a sign-up process via TestFlight, iPhone users can join the action, with no CD-Keys required. The servers will be live for 24 hours. Confirmed emails will receive a TestFlight link on October 31 to download the app with the test scheduled on November 1, 2024.
After the end of Clash Heroes, Project R.I.S.E, which was announced as a rebrand, continues to evolve. This test marks an important step toward the Alpha test and also the game’s final release. As more details pop up, I’ll keep you updated in this space.
