- Replicat blends roguelike deckbuilding with a fun twist on classic memory matching gameplay.
- The game offers over 90 quirky cat cards, 80+ game-changing curios, 5 card colors, each with distinct mechanics, jazzy music, and more.
Erabit Studios, known for Brotato, Halls of Torment, and more, has opened pre-registration for their roguelike memory deckbuilder, Replicat, on both Android and iOS. Developed by Brainoid Games, this indie game is now expected to be released on mobile on June 1, 2026, following the PC release in 2025.
Get ready to build your ultimate cat-powered deck and break the rules with powerful curios
So, Replicat is basically a roguelike deckbuilder that flips memory matching into something far more strategic. Here, you can collect cards featuring adorable, personality-filled cats and build your own powerful deck while also experimenting with rule-breaking items to get higher scores.
I’m sure it won’t feel repetitive since you can create a different build with extra run each run. To win, you don’t have to just match cards but also collect curios that change how the game works. For instance, some of these let you reveal more cards, keep them face-up, match wild Jokers, or even turn your mistakes into victory matches.
Overall, the game looks promising in my opinion, especially with its very positive reception on Steam and Balatro-like gameplay. Moreover, the content is great, with over 90 cards, 80+ curios, 21 stages that ramp up the challenge, unique boss modifiers, and more. I also like its adorable cat visuals and memes, and the jazzy music.
Replicat is now open for pre-registration on both Android and iOS. So, you can go ahead and pre-register for the game via the Google Play Store or App Store. We can expect the game to release on June 1, 2026, based on the App Store’s listing. Meanwhile, you can also check our list of all upcoming games for the month.
