Ten Square Games has recently acquired RORTOS, an Italian Games Studio. RORTOS is considered a global leader in the mobile flight simulators market. In their announcement, they have stated the signing of a sales and purchase agreement with the shareholders of RORTOS SRL. Ten Square Games S.A. will acquire 100% of RORTOS SRL shares for 45 million euros on a cash and debt-free basis according to the agreement.
