Ten Square Games, the top developer of free-to-play mobile games, today announced a marketing partnership with Major League Fishing (MLF), the largest tournament-fishing organization in the world and top outdoor entertainment brand, as part of a strategic move to combine the enormous audience of mobile gaming competitions with the fervent tournament-fishing fanbase.
The partnership brings daily MLF-branded events on Saginaw Bay in Fishing Clash
On August 1 through 6, players will have the opportunity to engage in daily MLF-branded competitions on Saginaw Bay for the first time in the Fishing Clash game’s history, all while the MLF pros are using the same waters to participate in Stage Seven in Bay City, Michigan.
“At Ten Square Games, we prioritize providing our customers with engaging experiences by developing goods they adore. Being able to bridge the gap between fishing simulators and the love of fishing is what makes our partnership with Major League Fishing for our flagship game, Fishing Clash, so exciting,” said Manuel Somonte, Head of Producers at Ten Square Games.
Both the Saginaw Bay event and Fishing Clash are free to play. The variety of fish that can be caught is based on the actual fish population, and the graphics for the event were created from images from Saginaw Bay.
One of the top mobile games in the world, Fishing Clash is played by more than 80 million people in 171 countries and is rated in the Google Play store’s top 50 games. Players have the option to collect their fishing gear and embark on intense fishing excursions in the interactive 3D fishing simulator. In several sites throughout the world, including MLF Bass Pro Tour fisheries like Saginaw Bay and Lake Guntersville, the game offers a vast variety of fish species and exceptional fishing opportunities.
