The famous card game UNO Mobile, developed and published by the international company Mattel163, has introduced a new feature where you can play this game during video meetings hosted by Google Meet. Using the new live-sharing feature while playing UNO Mobile on their Android devices, meeting attendees who are waiting for their friends to dial in or who simply want to break the ice while meeting new peers may now socialize in real-time.
The inclusion of this feature marks the logical next step in the cooperation between Mattel163 and Google as the companies work to develop additional cross-app interactions that foster a feeling of community on a global scale through fresh ways to connect.
Google Meet meetings will be more interactive with the integration of UNO! Mobile
The top card game in the world, UNO! Mobile from Mattel163, lets players play with pals from anywhere in the world while they’re on the go. UNO! Mobile offers entertainment to more than 200 million players worldwide at the touch of a smartphone screen with a variety of special cards and creative rules. In order to design this integration with user experience in UNO! Mobile as a priority, Mattel163’s developers collaborated with Google Meet’s research and development team as an early partner of the live sharing functionality.
Users of Google Meet may now access the functionality by selecting the “Activities” option in the Meet app overflow and starting UNO! Mobile on devices running Android 8.0 Oreo or higher. Players will be immediately assigned to their own UNO! Mobile room during the conference, where they can select from a variety of special cards and establish house rules for individualized gameplay.
Up to 24 spaces are available in Room Mode, where players can invite additional friends who are not already present at the gathering. When playing in the 2v2 team or multiplayer format, players can initiate video conferences by selecting the Google Meet icon, and discuss strategies and battles in real-time.
