KIXEYE has announced the release of the latest Crimson Crown update to War Commander: Rogue Assault, its popular mobile game. This massive update adds new features, a higher level cap, new vehicles, and a slew of other improvements, giving players a whole new way to interact with the game.

The addition of Story Mode is the centerpiece of the Crimson Crown update in War Commander: Rogue Assault
The addition of Story Style and a PvE game mode to the Crimson Crown update allows users to interact with WCRA in a whole new way. Each week, a new PvE mission track will be launched for level 90 bases, allowing players to score the most recent units and defenses. Other components of the v6.6 Update include:
- Two New Resources:
- Chromium to assist in upgrading new buildings
- Technology, a new single resource that combines Crits, Commons, and Equipment techs
- 17 new building levels and a new countermeasures turret
- A new level cap of 100 for bases and buildings
- XP rebalance for endgame players
This new material will be released in an 8-week event cycle, with hundreds of maps reworked and added to the Story Mode rotation. Players are rewarded with new units and equipment in weeks 1-4. Players receive the new Chromium resource needed to strengthen defenses during weeks 5-8.
