This acquisition brings a team that has the ability to get a global hit and in early developments additional projects to Zynga. Its international presence is expanded by StarLark with an established China-based studio with access to the creative talent base in the regions.

There was an announcement made today by Zynga that they will come up with an agreement that acquires Golf Rival maker StarLark Studio for approximately $315 million of cash and $210 million of its common stock.
