Story Highlights
  • You can unlock Sirius by opening 20 Boxes, or by winning one match with each of the 99 Brawlers if you have them all.
  • This guide offers Sirius' top game modes, best Brawler synergies, optimal gears, and more.

Sirius, the Ultra-Legendary Brawler, is the 100th addition to the Brawl Stars roster, announced during the February Brawl Talk 2026. This Controller-class Brawler is now available in-game via the Brawler Release Event. In this guide, we will dive into Sirius’ special attacks, gadgets, star powers, hypercharge, and gears, and provide helpful tips and tricks to help you master him in Brawl Stars.

New Brawler: Sirius

  • Rarity: Ultra Legendary
  • Class: Controller
  • Health at level 11: 7400
  • Damage at level 11: 1200 (Bomb Damage), 1200 (Strike Damage)

So, Sirius belongs to the Ultra Legendary rarity, and you can unlock him via the Brawler Release event. Once the event ends on March 5, he will arrive on the Starr Road, where you can get him using Credits.

Now, unlike previous Brawler events, you can unlock him in two ways. First is the normal one, where you need 20 Boxes to unlock him, or you can take on the 99 Brawler win Quests. With the second method, you just need to have all 99 Brawlers and get 1 win with each. Besides, Sirius, you also get Sirius-themed cosmetics and 1 Sirius Box.

Brawl Stars Sirius Guide: Abilities Breakdown

Sirius’ Unique Trait

Sirius has a unique trait thanks to which you can charge his Super over time. Besides that, you can control shadows of other Brawlers while using Sirius.

Sirius’ Attack: Binary Starr

With this, you can fire two projectiles, consisting of a Star Bomb that goes over a wall and deal area damage, and a Shadow Strike that attacks a single enemy. On top of that, you can also collect Brawler Shadow with every fourth hit, and then store up to 3 Brawler Shadows.

Sirius’ Super: Shadow Summon

Now, with the Shadow Summon super, you can release all the Brawler Shadows you collected so far. The cool part is that these shadows take on the characteristics of their Brawler counterpart, like attacks and health. And, you can even instruct them, tapping to return and follow you or aiming to guard an area.

Tips for using Sirius’ Super

  • Make sure to stock up first: First of all, don’t randomly use your Super, and try to collect at least 2 Shadows, with 3 being the best outcome possible. You need to gather Strong shadows, especially from high impact Brawlers as their traits carry over. This way you can easily turn the tables.
  • Try to command strategically: As you know that you can instruct the shadows, I suggest you use it based on your current situations, like regrouping the shadows to protect you or guarding a specific area in game modes like Hot Zone, and more.

Brawl Stars Sirius Guide: Gadgets, Star Powers, and Hypercharge

Gadgets

A Starr is Born

By using A Starr Is Born gadget, you can fire a projectile to summon a Shadow on hit. This projectile also slow downs the Brawler that you hit for few seconds. The cooldown for this Gadget is 17 seconds.

Master of Shadows

And with Master of Shadows, your summoned shadows basically return to you, healing them for a percentage of their health. This gadget has a cooldown of 13 seconds.

Star Powers

The Darkest Starr

With The Darkest Starr star power equipped, your each hit with the Shadow Strike projectile will count as to collect Brawler Shadows.

Dusk Runners

And by equipping the Dusk Runners star power, your Shadows get movement speed boost.

Sirius’ Hypercharge: Unlimited Power!

With his Unlimited Power! Hypercharge, you can basically summon more enhanced Brawler Shadows with increased attack and health.

Best Game Modes for Sirius

Now, considering Sirius’ kit is all about pressuring enemies, summoning Shadows, and creating space, you’ll actually thrive in game modes where the battle last a bit longer. And in my honest opinion, here are his best game modes:

  • Hot Zone: The first game mode that came to my mind is obviously Hot Zone, as you can aim the summoned Shadows directly onto the zone and annoy your enemies. You can equip the Dusk Runners star powers, so that the shadows move faster and create more pressure.
  • Gem Grab: Now, Gem Grab is another such mode where I believe Sirius will shine a lot. His Binary Starr attack would do wonders with both the Star Bombs and Shadow Strike. And you can also collect shadows much faster if you equip The Darkest Starr star power.

Best Brawler Combination with Sirius

While Sirius is a very strong Brawler on his own, considering he is an Ultra Legendary Brawler like Kaze, you can always team up with other solid Brawlers to shine even more. For instance, you can go aggressive if your team have Brawlers like Kenji or Mortis, or pair with Tanks like Frank to collect shadows better from behind.

Best Gears for Sirius in Brawl Stars

Shield Gear

As a Controller Brawler who can even summon Brawler Shadows and control them, it is quite important that you can keep yourself alive to make the maximum impact. So, I suggest you go with Shield Gear, as it provides you with an additional 900 health as a consumable shield that regenerates in 10 seconds when you are at full health.
