Dreamhack International is the official esports circuit of Clash Royale Esports, bringing together the best players in one stage. The final showdown, Iberian International Dreamhack Valencia Winter Grand Finals, will be held in Valencia from the 7th of December to the 10th. However, the third event of the circuit, the Dreamhack Madrid Autumn 2023, is going to kick off on the 21st of August. Dreamhack Andorra and Dreamhack Valencia Summer are already over.
The esports event is open to all and will feature both online and offline qualifiers to select the top players around the world. The circuit was announced last April. It will arrange four offline events in three cities namely Andorra, Valencia, and Madrid.
And now, the arrangement is based on the third event of the Dreamhack circuit which is Dreamhack Madrid. A mix of online and offline events will be featured in the event. The grand finals have two tickets for the offline event and six for the online.
Dreamhack Madrid Autumn 2023: Schedule and Format
The event is divided into both online and offline systems. Besides, the matches will be held in four phases. From the 21st of August, the online qualifiers (Phase 1) will kick off. Phase 1 will run till the 25th of August. A total of 15 open qualifiers will be held in-game where 1000 players will participate.
Phase 2 will be held on the 31st of August. Players who managed to complete the first phase will participate in this stage in a Swiss-style format. The top 32 will advance to the next phase (Group Stage) where 8 groups of 4 players each. The top two will advance to the next phase. However, the schedule of phase 3 is from the first day of September to the 3rd.
The final stage, Phase 4, will be held on the 7th of October. The qualified 16 will play in a double-elimination bracket and the top 6 will advance to the offline finals. On the other hand, the offline qualifier will also be held on the 7th of October. A thousand players will join Dreamhack Madrid, and the top 16 will be selected to play a single elimination bracket. The Top 2 will qualify for the offline Finals.
Prize Pool
The event (all four) is featuring a whopping 70,000€ as the prize pool. Except for the grand finals in Dreamhack Valencia, the rest three event will showcase the same amount. The distribution of the prize pool is as follows.
