Jiuyuan is an on-field Main DPS character who focuses on dealing damage with her unique Lethal Rose Pact mechanism. She specialises in crowd control against multiple enemies. Here is a breakdown of her Skills, Ultimate, and Passive skills:
Skill
After unleashing her skill, she dashes across the battlefield, pulling the target into the range of control and attacking them, which deals multiple instances of Anima damage. She gains 4 Rose Pact Bullets while establishing a Lethal Rose Pact. We need Rose Pact Bullets to trigger Lethal Rose Pact and Pact Settlement.
Lethal Rose Pact is a type of attachment that devours the enemy’s HP continuously and forces the enemies into a stage where Pact Settlement can be triggered after 5 seconds. Lethal Rose Pact lasts for 25 seconds. Pact Settlement deals serious attachment-type Anima damage and greatly increases her ultimate damage.
Ultimate
After unleashing her ultimate, she dashes across the battlefield at high speed, continuously firing on surrounding targets and finishing it with a large-scale explosion, dealing Anima DMG. Triggers Final Reckoning, causing all Lethal Rose Pact targets within range to enter a stage where Pact Settlement can be triggered, and execute all settlements simultaneously on the final hit.
Passive Skills
- Seize the Movement: Spawns 1 additional Lebenstamm and increases the Lebenstamm limit on the field to 6. This passive greatly increases her elemental reaction damage.
- Whispers at my Command: Binds targets not affected by Fatal Rose Pact when Lebenblumes hit them. Triggers an additional settlement on targets already bound, causing them to take an extra 15% × Anima DMG. This passive enhances her first passive skill damage.
