PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) Fall Split 2021 MENA Regional Champions declared

Champions will participate in the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Arabia Season 2

PUBG Mobile Club Open (PMCO) Fall Split 2021 has now concluded for the MENA region along with the South Asia region. The grand finals commenced on August 26th, 2021, and ended on August 29th, 2021. A total of 16 esports teams qualified from the semi-finals and fought for the champion trophy along with a slot in the upcoming PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Arabia Season 2. After 16 matches of an exciting battle for 4 days, the PMCO Fall Split 2021 MENA Regional Champions have now emerged and made their way to the next major event.

However, the tournament has concluded in five countries only. These include the Middle East North Africa Wildcard, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Iraq, and United Arab Emirates. The only region left to be completed is Africa where the finals of the tournament will start from September 9th, 2021, and will end on September 12th, 2021.

RTG Esports was crowned the champion of PMCO 2021 MENA Wildcard. The invited team showed extraordinary fights and amassed a total of 250 points. This ensured they are making a clear gap from the runners-up, RUN AWAY. Four chicken dinners went to RTG’s pocket during their highly successful run in this tournament.

RUN AWAY, however, also had a good series of gunfights and secured 207 points under their belt. Team Heat and Team MYthS were placed at the third and the fourth position of the point table.

PMCO 2021 Saudi Arabia winner

Twisted Minds won the PMCO 2021 Saudi Arabia with a total of 182 points. The team secured three chicken dinners during their 4-day run. This helped them in placing themselves at the top of the points table. Kamikaze, with a single chicken dinner only, emerged as the runners-up in spite of them being very consistent throughout the whole tournament. The team scored 167 points in total.

The next two places went to EpicTeam, and O2 Glory respectively. O2 was only one point behind of EpicTeam but got double chicken dinners than what ET had scored.

PMCO 2021 Egypt winner

Triple Vibes, with only one chicken dinner in the finals, came out victorious in the PMCO 2021 Egypt. The team gathered 182 points in total during their successful run. 963 Egypt secured second place with three chicken dinners, bagging a whole of 175 points for them.

ROX Machines got placed at third while Suicide Squad X secured a top-four finish on the points table. 158 and 155 points were gathered by both of the teams respectively.

PMCO 2021 United Arab Emirates winner

Revolution won the tournament by accumulating 226 points that are 53 points ahead of the runner-up, Brave. Revolution was consistent from the very beginning of the finals, and on the final day, they took two chicken dinners and outrank each of the opponents. The runner-up team managed to get 173 points under their belt.

Similar to the tournament in Saudi Arabia, only one point gap determined the third and the fourth place. Astralisen came third with 164 points and Fanatic Zombies secured the fourth position.

With four chicken dinners, Kurd Squad reigned supreme and was crowned the winners of PMCO 2021 Iraq. The team made 228 points throughout the whole tournament. Runners-up Kurdistan was only a point away from making 200 points in this tournament.

Qalya Akre Triple came up as the third-positioned team. There was a gap of 8 points between them and the runner-up. 25×9 Team placed themselves at the top four by gathering 157 points for them.


PMCO Fall Split 2021 MENA: Prizepool

The Prize pool for this tournament was the same for each country participating from the MENA region. From a lion’s share of $30,000, the champion team won $4000. Moreover, $2,500 and $1,700 were won by the second and third-placed teams respectively. The shares were small compared to previous editions because all the 32 participants from the semi-finals were awarded as well, with the minimum amount as $500.

Conclusion

After the PMCO 2021 Africa is concluded, teams from the MENA region will again come back in the action scenes with a bigger goal ahead of them in the PMPL Arabia Season 2. Every qualifying team will be eagerly waiting to show their worth on the bigger stage as the challenge reckons.
