ScoutOp is leaving S8UL Esports to join Revenant Esports: Here’s why

The dream journey finally comes to an end

India’s most famous content creator and esports athlete, Tanmay Singh, aka ScoutOp, recently revealed on his livestream that he is leaving S8UL Esports to join Revenant Esports. This news is a shocker, but he also explained the reasons for this parting of ways. In this article, we will get deep into this topic.

Possible reasons behind the separation between ScoutOp and S8UL Esports

ScoutOp, on his recent live stream on YouTube, dated 4th October, announced that after a 5-year-long journey with S8UL, he is finally leaving the organization for his vision about himself and his BGMI esports team – X Spark.

At S8UL Esports, due to the cluster of other big content creators like Mortal, Regaltos, Mamba, Payal, etc. Scout’s contribution and role in content creation were always used to go somewhat unnoticed. With this partition, he is going to become the face of Revenant Esports and it will also help him in terms of content creation and brand building. With this change, we going to see more quality content from both organizations, and in the end, it will boost the Indian gaming community. Now only the future will say if this will be worth it or not.

He stated that operating a top-level BGMI team like Team X-Spark requires almost 11-12 lakhs INR each month. It is becoming too difficult for him to arrange that kind of money alone. He is constantly sacrificing his own needs and desires to fulfill the requirements of Team X-Spark, he added.
Notably, team X-Spark is currently India’s best BGMI esports team.

Having won two back-to-back official titles i.e. Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) and Battlegrounds Mobile Pro Series (BMPS), they are the only team in Battlegrounds Mobile India history to win two official championships. Scout also said that in Revenant Esports, the vision he holds for his team and himself, aligns perfectly and it will help him and his team to reach bigger heights and become the best in the world.

From now on, team X-Spark will partner with Revenant Esports. However, the team’s name and IGNs are likely to remain the same as before. The players will also play from the same Bootcamp, Scout’s house. ScoutOp is also expected to lead the content creation section of Revenant Esports.

As it is already announced by Scout that he is leaving, it is also expected that Scout’s closest friend Kaashvi Hiranandani aka KaashPlays is also going to leave S8UL Esports and join Revenant Esports as a content creator.

Although, it is not confirmed and it should be taken with a grain of salt. However, it is still unclear whether the BGMI esports team of ScoutOp, which consists of Sensei, Saif, and Scout himself, is going to play under which organization’s name. Since Krafton only allows only one lineup from each organization.

I want to represent India on the international level through team X Spark and become the best in the world. Thanks to the Revenant Esports owner, Rohit Jagasia, with whom I can see this dream.

As per sources, Scout and Kaashvi are set to become the face of the male and female content creation category of RNT respectively. At the end of the live stream, he said that S8UL and its members will always remain family to him. It is a change of home for him. It is also rumored that ScoutOp has become the co-owner of Revenant Esports.

At S8UL Esports, due to the cluster of other big content creators like Mortal, Regaltos, Mamba, Payal, etc. Scout’s contribution and role in content creation were always used to go somewhat unnoticed. With this partition, he is going to become the face of Revenant Esports.

It will also help him in terms of content creation and brand building. With this change, we are going to see more quality content from both organizations. In the end, it will boost the Indian gaming community. Now only the future will say if this will be worth it or not.
