Rex Regum Qeon (also known as Team RRQ), a widely known Esports organization based in Indonesia, has officially announced its roster for competitive Wild Rift 2021 today on their social platforms and website. Moreover, the org is notable for having several Mobile Legends: Bang Bang titles. However, known for acquiring foreign players for different games, they have acquired an all-Filipino team for League of Legends: Wild Rift in order to expand their influence in the Philippines and the SEA Wild Rift community.
Complete Roster of Team RRQ for Wild Rift 2021
Team RRQ had originally formed their lineup specifically for the upcoming Wild Rift SEA Icon Series. With RRQ already scouting for talented Filipino players, the team has performed well enough on scrims for reports and words to reach Indonesia. Their roster consists of Challenger and high-elo players that were acknowledged for playing League of Legends PC competitively before. The players are:
- John Paolo “V1PER” Trillo – ADC and captain
- Sean Khierby “Helios” Miranda Palisoc – Mid lane
- Daniel Francis “DANYEL” Camayang – Support
- Charles “Chaazz” Esguerra – Jungle
- Renzel “Ecila” Ayuban – Baron or Dragon lane
- Dave Dadula – Team Manager and Coach
According to the team, they look forward to playing against fellow-countrymen on the upcoming Wild Rift SEA Icon Series and other acknowledged Southeast Asian teams like Flash Wolves and ahq Esports club. However, they have also stated that they are pressured to play and meet the expectations of the fans.
The team was invited and will be participating in the upcoming League of Legends: Wild Rift SEA Icon Series Preseason as their debut in the Philippines along with other notable teams like Bren Esports and Team Secret. As stated, they ask for the Wild Rift fans to support them as they venture into their new journey on the rift.
