A new season of Clash Royale is live now and with that comes the special Rock Barbarian. He can change the game in the middle of the arena, and yes, he’s come with a challenge too. With the recent Season 48 updates and balance changes, it is necessary to look for some good deck picks for which we will discuss some of the best decks that you can use for the Rock Barbarian challenge in Clash Royale.
Best Decks for Rock Barbarian Challenge
The Rock Barbarian event has a good-looking barbarian in the middle enjoying some metal, but here, he has lightning strikes that rage everything in his arc! This boost gives that extra boost and speed, and hence decks should utilize this effectively. So, here are our top three recommended deck options in no particular order followed.
1. Mega Knight, Mother Witch, Bats, Goblin Hut, Furnace, Fireball, Earthquake, Flying Machine
Average Elixir Cost: 4.1
Some spammy whammy in our first deck as we have the famous fireball bait with the Furnace and the Goblin Hut. yes, the recent balance changes might have affected the final count of the goblins, but they are still one of the best cards of the green gang.
Mother Witch and Mega Knight take advantage of the raging lightning from the Rock Barbarian, and with the two spells, you can counter the troops which are effective for the attack from the opposition.
2. PEKKA, Battle Ram, Bandit, Magic Archer, Royal Ghost, Zap, Electro Wizard, Fireball
Average Elixir Cost: 3.9
With PEKKA and Ghost being on the slower side might slow down the deck, but with the rage ability, they both are excellent in taking and dealing damage. Bandit, Magic Archer, and Battle Ram are just off the charts when they are raged, even with low HP.
Two spells were picked once again for the area damage and stopping hard pushes as even the opponents benefit from rage. This is a really offensive deck so you can see players getting a 3-crown win if they play their cards right.
3. Prince, Princess, Dart Goblin, Goblin, Rascals, Rocket, Goblin Gang, Goblin Barrel, The Log
Average Elixir Cost: 3.8
Gang of goblins and the bearers of the throne! This is a classic old deck, but it really gave good results when we tried this deck. The goblins become heavy to handle when they are overloaded in the arena and the Princess is best at work since her range and rage fit accordingly well.
Prince is in havoc when he rages with his speed increasing further for hitting the tower or building early. Barrel doesn’t get affected when they are deployed straight at the tower, but mind you it is still the best card to get the crown down.
Final Thoughts
Fresh event idea yes, but it is still the same old ability. Looking at the Rock Barbarian was pretty nice given he was enjoying his time there. His ability is also decent, but things would have been very interesting if he could rage one unit at a time or one after the other for the players for more excitement.
