Best Meta Cards for Clash Royale Season 82 for April 2026
Recent updates arrived with the Furnace rework in Season 74, which changed the card completely. Moving from a passive spawner to an active ranged troop made it more usable in fights, but it still sits around the B tier since it doesn’t outshine other support units.
Then came Vines in Season 75, which introduced a new kind of control spell. The ability to root and damage multiple high-HP targets, including air units, gives it a unique role. It hasn’t broken into top-tier usage yet, but it’s a solid situational pick depending on your deck.
The Three Musketeers rework in Season 77 was the most recent arrival. Turning them into Elite Musketeers with melee capability added a new dimension, but the high Elixir cost still holds them back from consistent meta relevance.
The most recent Tower Troop was the Dagger Duchess, which is one of the powerful tower troops available now, but I feel Cannoneer and Royal Chef still are the better options for their usablity.
On the Champion side, Boss Bandit remains a standout. The dash pressure combined with her stats makes her difficult to deal with if you don’t have a solid counter ready. Similarly, the Champion Card, Goblinstein, is also a fantastic champion, easily the top tier currently.
