Dragon POW! is a mobile bullet-hell shooter RPG developed by Flow Entertainment and distributed by Boltray Games. You guys can collect dragons from the five elements of fire, wind, lightning, poison, and ice. How to Contact via in-game Customer Service Option 

Launch the game on your device. Once the in-game title screen has loaded, adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on your user profile located at the upper left corner of the game’s home screen.
  • A menu would pop up on your screen next. By default, you will be on the Personal Info tab. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  • The in-game Settings menu has two sections, namely, Game Settings and User Settings. Under the User Settings section, you will come across the Customer Support button. Tap on that.

  • This would take you to a private chatroom where you will be greeted by the chatbot and asked to provide a detailed description of your issue. The Customer Service agent will join the thread whenever he/she is available and assist you with it. You can even attach relevant screenshots by tapping on the plus icon located to the right of the blank text area.
  • However, if you somehow happen to navigate to this Customer Support section outside the working hours of the agents, you will be asked to raise an incident. The following inputs need to be provided:
    • Your Game ID
    • A detailed description of your issue ( Provide the same under the Leave a message section)
    • Relevant attachments in the form of screenshots for better assignments.

  • Once you have provided all the inputs, tap on the Send button. The Customer Service agents will get back to you as soon as they are available.

How to contact the developer team directly

Another approach could be to reach out to the Developers directly via their Social Media handles. You can even reach out to the team at the Official Facebook ID of Dragon POW! Players should then do a follow-up on their Discord server, where tons of passionate fans are there to help users resolve their queries.
