- This would take you to a private chatroom where you will be greeted by the chatbot and asked to provide a detailed description of your issue. The Customer Service agent will join the thread whenever he/she is available and assist you with it. You can even attach relevant screenshots by tapping on the plus icon located to the right of the blank text area.
- However, if you somehow happen to navigate to this Customer Support section outside the working hours of the agents, you will be asked to raise an incident. The following inputs need to be provided:
