How to recover a lost account in eFootball 2024

Step 1: Open Support on Home Menu

First head towards the Extras submenu, where you can find the Support option. Click on it and navigate to the Services and Info option. This is the place where you can check queries related to multiple options such as Balance Sheet checks, see your completed purchases, and more in eFootball 2024 Mobile. This is also needed to fill in an inquiry form to retrieve the lost account.

Step 2: General Contact

In the Services and Info menu, you have the option called General Contact where you need to click to further proceed to fill in the details of your lost account. It will direct you to a section where you can find answered FAQs and options for submitting inquiries related to game queries and account restoration issues. To the latter, you need to select the I can’t restore my account using a data transfer option.

You will be redirected to the external KONAMI site, which you can also find here. There you will get more options to select, the details regarding KONAMI ID as well as Restoring your Account using a data transfer option. Click the second option to proceed further. Read the steps mentioned and then click on Accept to proceed to open and fill out the Inquiry Form.

Step 3: Fill out the Inquiry Form

In the process, eFootball 2024 will check whether you are the appropriate user in case of not using a Konami ID. Keep in mind, It is a must to link Your Owner ID data should be linked to Google Play before this inquiry. Konami needs the current Owner ID to be linked to Google Play to recover data from your old owner ID.

Include various details for the account restoration process, such as the email address, owner name, Account ID, and Current ID you want to restore. Additionally, provide information like the model team name, shorthand team name, myClub coins, club managers, SIM campaign level, and campaign level.

eFootball 2024 also aims to verify the last date the app was opened, to ensure accurate reporting. Don’t forget to document any past transactions and essential information about the previous device and OS model during the account restoration process.

Recovery period of a Lost Account in eFootball 2024

My account cannot connect with konami account why


I accidentally unlinked data just before switching accounts, then when I tried to login back, it says data transfer failed. Will I still be able to get my account back after filling the inquiry??
