Fortnite’s new season is all about the jungle as it is pretty clear from the name the developers have given to the new season which is Fortnite WILDS. A number of new POIs have been introduced in the game along with a whole new jungle biome. This new biome is filled with all sorts of flora and fauna and one of the latest additions to this biome is the Hop Flowers. The flower isn’t just to make the jungle look more pretty and has an actual use for players who might come across it. So here’s how they can use it.
How to find Hop Flower in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 WILDS
These new types of flowers are available only in the jungle biome exclusively. All of the new POIs that have been introduced in the new jungle biome have Hop Flowers available in their surroundings. These POIs include Creeky Compound, Rumble Ruins, and Shady Slits.
These flowers can also be found in the overgrown areas of the jungle which are at the border of these locations with excessive vegetation. Hop Flowers can usually be located near tall trees and cliffs in the jungle.
How to use Hop Flower in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 Wilds
Hop Flowers can be used by players to be launched high into the air. These flowers are similar to Hop Rocks which were introduced in Chapter 1 of Fortnite. Players will need to jump on the bright yellow bulb of the flower in order to be launched and they won’t suffer from any fall damage when they fall back onto the ground. This will be pretty useful for players playing in the jungle biome as it has very tall trees which players often get up on but then find themselves out of options on how to come down from it.
Fortunately, these flowers also grow on trees so players need to spot one of these Hop Flowers on a neighboring tree to jump on after which they can get down safely on the ground without suffering from any fall damage. These flowers are also useful in the Zero Build mode where players don’t have the option to build anything which makes it hard to go to or come down from certain places.
