Christmas is just around the corner and Fortnite’s Winterfest is going on with full force. It is a seasonal event similar to Fortnitemares where you’ll be able to complete season-exclusive quests and challenges and earn rewards. A lot of exclusive items and weapons are a part of Winterfest 2023 such as Sneaky Snowmando and the Snowball Launcher. Another addition to this event is Holiday Presents which can be found all over the map and contain great loot, so here’s how you can find their locations in Fortnite Winterfest 2023.
How to find Holiday Presents in Fortnite Winterfest 2023
There are a total of two types of presents available on the battle royale map in Fortnite for Winterfest 2023 namely just Presents and Holiday Presents. Holiday Presents are the ones which can be found all over the map. You can look for it in chests and as regular floor loot.
As it is a Legendary item, it’ll be tough to come across it and as the spawning location is selected completely at random, there’s no way for you to know where it’ll spawn at the start of a match.
After you come across one successfully at whatever stage of the match, all you need to do is throw it on the ground. Doing so will make it become a large present box that you can open by breaking up its walls using any harvesting tool you choose. You can also throw it at your feet to get transferred directly inside the giant present box. This might help you get cover or even ambush your enemies while also getting hold of an Epic rarity weapon along with some gold bars and a few different items.
Where to find the Presents in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1
Unlike Holiday Presents which spawn at random locations on the map in Fortnite for Winterfest 2023, Presents on the other hand have specific spawn locations. Just like Holiday Presents, Presents also contain good loot in the form of an Epic rarity weapon, ammo, and some gold bars.
There are five locations where Presents can be found you’ll get guaranteed loot from here if you take the time to visit these places. These locations are Hazy Hillside, Ritzy Riviera, Grand Glacier, Classy Courts, and Winterburg. All of these locations have holiday trees present under which you can find several presents lying around. You’ll find some of these glowing which helps them set themselves apart from the other presents and as you’ve probably guessed it by now, these are the ones which you can open to get some great loot.
