To the Great Hall of Truths
Enter Aaru village with Kalantari. Use the Scarlet Sand Slate to navigate to the next location. The Slate will be found in your inventory’s “Quest” section. This works similarly to the Aranyaka book. Teleport to the Dune of Magma waypoint. Enter the Dune of Magma and turn off the energy barriers on both sides. Go to the right. Move forward and turn left to find a Primal Ember. Release it.
A fan is blowing from below, wait for it to stop blowing and release the Primal Ember. Continue following it till it unlocks a door. Enter the room and jump to the floor below. There is a remarkable chest here that can be unlocked by solving a puzzle, but it is not related to the quest.
Go to the side of the room and glide down the hole to the bottom. Follow the path in the cave. A hidden teleport waypoint will be made available to unlock. Enter the ruins ahead. Follow the seelie inside. It will lead you to Duat Hall. Another hidden teleport waypoint will be made available to unlock.
Place of Rebirth
Use the Scarlet Sand Slate to navigate to the Place of Rebirth. Teleport to the waypoint above the Dune of Magma. From the teleport waypoint, use the four-leaf clover to enter a hole with a Dendroculus. Move forward til you find a Primal Ember. Release it and follow it til it joins with a Primal Torch. Follow the path next to the Primal torch til you reach a room with pyro torches.
Go to the left side of the room and find a blue triangle. Pick it up and stand on the square mechanism on the floor. This will spawn a Verity cell. Pick up the prism from the Verity cell and move closer to the invisible pyro torches to make them visible. Light them all up. Defeat the enemies that are spawned.
Release the Primal Ember and follow it to the Primal Torch. The water in the other room will be lowered. Follow the path on the other side of the Primal Torch to enter the other room. Move the cells to make them face the receivers on the same side. Release the Primal Ember and follow it to the Primal Torch. A cutscene will play which will increase your clearance.
Place of Breath
Use the Scarlet Stone Slate to navigate to the Place of Breath. Teleport to the Khemenu Temple waypoint. Follow the stone marker to a room with transmitters and receivers. Destroy the rock and rotate the cell to open the door. Jump down the hole with the Dendroculus. Continue following the stone marker till you reach a hidden teleport waypoint, unlock it.
Enter the big room and move to the right. Keep moving forwards till you find a corridor to the right. Go down the corridor and release the Primal Ember at the end. When it rests at a Primal Sconce next to a fan, operate the mechanism to stop the fan and then release the Primal Ember. Follow the Primal Ember to a locked Primal Sconce. Defeating the enemies that spawn will unlock it. Release it and follow both Primal Embers to their Primal Torches.
Go back to the room where you found the last Primal Ember and open the locked door. Enter the room and activate the elevator. Face towards the room when the elevator starts moving. Jump out when you see a room with a Primal Sconce. Release and follow the Primal Ember to its Primal Sconce. A cutscene will play and your clearance will be increased.
Place of Swallowing
Use the Scarlet Stone Slate to navigate to the Place of Swallowing. Teleport to the waypoint with the stone marker. Enter the big room. There are three Primal Embers here and all of them are near the entrance. Use the four-leaf clover to reach the first Primal Ember and release it. When it rests at a Primal Sconce, wait for the fan below to stop blowing and then release it. Follow it to its Primal Torch.
Return to the teleport waypoint and glide down to the platform below. There is another Primal Ember, release it. When it rests at a Primal Sconce, wait for the fan to stop blowing and then release it. Follow it to its Primal Torch. Return to the teleport waypoint and release the Primal Ember to the left of the entrance. Release it.

Final Battle
Follow the stone marker to reach a big room. Go to the four corners of the room and operate the mechanisms. Approach the mechanism in the middle. A cutscene will play. You will be sent to a different room. Follow the markers to find Primal Embers, release them and follow them. Enemies will spawn, defeating them is optional.
