C1: A Lady’s Rules for Keeping a Courteous Distance
Consuming Shrapnel stacks (up to 3) with her Skill will restore 3 energy per stack (up to 9) and reduce the cooldown of her Burst by 1s (up to 3s). The 9 energy is nice but nothing too special since she doesn’t have ER issues.
C2: The President’s Pursuit of Victory
This constellation does two things:
- Each Shrapnel stack consumed (up to 3) by her Skill increases her Skill’s CRIT rate by 12% (up to 36%)
- When her Skill hits an enemy, one instance of Cannon Fire (from her Burst) will be launched at the enemy. This will be considered a Burst and it will generate 1 Shrapnel stack
C3: Businesswoman’s Broad Vision
Three additional levels to her Skill increase her total DMG since this is her main source of DMG.
C4: The Oathsworn Never Capitulate
Enemies hit by her Burst have their Geo RES lowered by 20%, which is amazing.
C5: Negotiator’s Resolute Negotiations
Three additional levels to her burst aren’t that significant since this is not her main source of DMG.
C6: The Flexible Finesse of the Spina’s President
This constellation does two things:
- Each Shrapnel stack consumed by her Skill beyond the initial 3 increases her Skill’s CRIT DMG by 45% (up to 135%)
- The 3 Shrapnel stacks beyond the initial 3 that are consumed will be refunded, allowing her to easily have 3 stacks for the next use of her Skill.
This constellation increases her Skill DMG as well as makes it easier to maintain maximum stacks for every use of her Skill.
Final Thoughts
Navia is perfectly functional at C0. C2 is the best stopping point. C6 maximizes her DMG potential.
