She specializes in dealing with extreme single-target Burst DMG and turns resets with the Path of The Hunt and Quantum-type Element. Honkai Star Rail Seele Gameplay Strengths
Seele specializes in dealing with bosses, especially during single-target fights. She can easily destroy any enemies by using her Ultimate Skill and CRIT capabilities. She can gain turn resets when taking down an enemy, this enables her to take care of another enemy in her path and gain the upper hand. Single-target Burst
Seele is the best single-target DPS as of version 1.0, she can easily defeat enemies with her strong CRIT DMG capabilities and high-scaling Ultimate DMG. In terms of DMG Burst, Seele is currently at the top.
Turn Resets
Seele has a unique talent where she can have another turn when she defeats a single enemy during the battle. She also gains a DMG boost when in this state and this makes her gameplay more interesting for players. This extra turn is very useful and handy in crucial situations.
Stealth Technique
Seele can gain invisibility for a period of time after using her technique. This can be useful during exploration especially when going through a path with a bunch of enemies along the way. This technique also puts her in an empowered state.
Honkai Star Rail Seele Skillset
Basic Attack – Thwack (Single Target)
Deals Quantum DMG equal to 50% of Seele’s ATK to a single enemy.
Elemental Skill – Sheathed Blade (Single Target)
Enhances Seele’s speed by 25% for a duration of 2 turns while inflicting Quantum damage equivalent to 110% of Seele’s attack power to a single enemy.
Ultimate Ability – Butterfly Flurry (Single Target)
Upon entering the enhanced state, Seele unleashes Quantum damage equivalent to 255% of her attack power on a single enemy.
Talent – Resurgence (Enhance)
After defeating an enemy with a Basic Attack, Skill, or Ultimate, Seele enters an empowered state. She gains an additional turn. While in this empowered state, Seele’s attacks become 40% stronger for a duration of 1 turn. It’s important to note that defeating enemies during the additional turn granted by “Resurgence” will not activate another “Resurgence” effect. When executing the “Extirpating Slash” technique, if the target’s remaining HP is 80% or less, Seele’s Critical Rate increases by 15%.
Technique – Phantom Illusion (Enhance)
Following the activation of her Technique, Seele acquires the ability to become Stealthy for a period of 20 seconds. During the Stealth state, Seele becomes undetectable by enemies. Furthermore, initiating combat by attacking enemies causes Seele to promptly enter an empowered state.

Ascension 2 – Nightshade
When the current HP percentage is 50% or lower, reduces the chance of being attacked by enemies.
Ascension 4 – Rippling Waves
After using a Basic ATK, Seele’s next action will be Advanced Forward by 20%.
Ascension 6 – Lacerate
While Seele is in the buffed state, her Quantum RES PEN increases by 20%.
Honkai Star Rail Seele Eidolons
Players can unlock Eidolons when they obtain a duplicate copy of that specific character. Eidolons provide additional gameplay buffs as well as exclusive character specializations.

| Eidolon 4 – Flitting Phantasm | Seele regenerates 15 Energy when she defeats an enemy. |
| Eidolon 5 – Piercing Shards | Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10. |
| Eidolon 6 – Shattering Shambles | After Seele uses her Ultimate, inflict the target enemy with Butterfly Flurry for 1 turn(s). Enemies suffering from Butterfly Flurry will take Additional Quantum DMG equal to 15% of Seele’s Ultimate DMG every time they are attacked. If the target enemy is defeated by the Butterfly Flurry DMG triggered by other allies’ attacks, Seele’s Talent will not be triggered. When Seele is knocked down, the Butterfly Flurry inflicted on the enemies will be removed. |
