From the house of Neocraft Limited, it lets users explore The Immortal War raging between Deities and Demons in their nation, while in control of their character. How to Contact via in-game Customer service option

Players must launch the game on their devices. Once the in-game home screen has loaded, they must adhere to the steps below:

  • Tap on the Character/Profile icon located at the top left corner of the home screen.
  • A circular menu with loads of menu options would appear on your screen. Choose the Set option next, by tapping on it.
  • This would take you to the in-game Settings menu. The in-game Settings menu has 4 tabs, namely, General, AFK Settings, Chat Settings, and Privacy Settings. Under the General Settings tab, players must then navigate to User Center located at the bottom right corner.
  • The User Center menu has two options, viz, Account Upgrade, and Customer. This would take you to the Customer Support page which has the FAQ, New Ticket, and Ticket list tabs. Users must initially navigate to the FAQ section.

  • You will find that the developers have already answered a lot of Frequently Asked Queries and given solutions to recently reported issues/bugs under these sections. To read the answers to those, simply look for your query under this section and tap on that when you find it. You may also filter the results by inputting keywords from your issue in the search bar. It is likely that you will come across your exact issue out there.

Reporting a Bug

If your issue still persists or is something different, you need to raise a ticket. Adhere to the steps below to do so:

  • Under the Customer menu, switch over to the New Ticket tab.
  • This would take you to the Ticket raising page where you need to first select the category of your issue. It may be Account-related, Payment related, to an in-game bug or feedback, or you may even report a player. Choose the relevant one.
  • Based on your selection, you need to provide some additional information. In general, the following details are sought:
    • The date and time of issue occurrence.
    • Your character name or ID.
    • Registration date of account (only if you select Account Related)
    • Registration country/IP (only if you select Account Related)
    • Device name used to register (only if you select Account Related)
    • Payment Order ID (only if you select Account Related or Payment-related)
    • Recovery Email Address (required in case of Account Loss)
    • Link to the video.
    • A detailed description of your issue.
    • Relevant screenshots for better assistance.

  • Once you have provided all the information asked for, tap on the Submit button to successfully raise a Ticket.

You can keep a tab of your active and closed tickets under the Ticket List tab. After raising a ticket, make sure to check this section frequently to know the status of your raised ticket. Raise another one if and only if the previous one has been closed and your issue still persists/returns. Otherwise, there would be an unnecessary delay in service if you raise multiple tickets.
