The Beasts in Mecha Domination Rampage are of three classes namely Ranged, Fighter, and Rider. The tier list below gives you a precise overview of the best beast in each of the classes. These are further divided into 3 major tiers: S, A, and B.

Best Ranged Beast – Deathwing
Deathwing is the most powerful Ranged beast in this game. It has Military as well as Exploration skills. The Ranged ATK and DEF are 201.5% and Exploration ATK, DEF, and HP are 18900, 14400, and 170100 respectively. Deathwing stuns the enemies with a 20% chance.
It also gains 25% ATK and all units deal 25% more damage. The passive skill allows it to raise Ranged ATK by 25%. The Cleansing Ritual lets Deathwing deal damage equal to 99% of ATK to all enemies. Also, it reduces their DEF by 20% for 3 seconds.
Best Fighter Beast – Nemesis
Nemesis is yet another top beast in the Fighter class in Mecha Domination: Rampage. This beast is of the Construction type i.e. it enhances building upgrade efficiency. The Ranged ATK and DEF are 201.5% and Exploration ATK, DEF, and HP are 11880, 14400, and 296993 respectively.
Nemesis deals damage equal to 280% ATK to three random enemies. It also converts 20% of that damage to Shield, which typically lasts 6 seconds. At the start of the combat, it grants Shield equal to 40% of Max HP to all allies. As per the passive skill, for every 1% missing HP, it gains 1.5% DEF.
Best Rider Beast – Caesar
Caesar is one of the top beasts for this game under the Rider class. Caesar specializes in Hunt abilities which are effective against targets in the wild. Its initial Rider ATK and DEF are 27.48% which significantly increases with merging. It attacks random enemies 3 times, dealing damage equal to 383% of ATK.
If the target has less than 40% of Rage, Caesar raises the damage by 30%. One of the passive skills, Crit Enhancement, allows it to raise Crit Chance by 80%. Another skill, allows him to raise ATK by 4% with each attack, stacking up to 3 times.
