  • This will take you to another section where you have to first select one case from multiple options such as Top-up for payment issues, Account for account-related inquiries, or Other for different problems.

  • Once done, this would take you to a private room where you need to type out your entire issue and send that. Fill in the required information, including your server name, character name, character ID, and operating system. In most cases, they are pre-filled.
  • Provide a brief title and a detailed description of your issue in the designated fields.
  • Upload any relevant screenshots to help clarify your issue and click Submit to send your request to customer support.
