How to get Tyrunt in Pokémon Go
Tyrunt is a rock and dragon-type Pokémon which first appeared on June 7, 2022, in Pokémon Go. Like every other new Pokémon that gets introduced to the game, trainers can use different ways to get Tyrunt. Here’s how you can get Tyrunt:
1. In the Wild
Tyrunt can be easily obtained in the wild as the Pokémon appears regularly during set hours on Research Day, June 12.
2. Hatching 7km Eggs
Trainers can also obtain Tyrunt by hatching 7km eggs. These eggs must be collected during the adventure week to have a chance to hatch Tyrunt.
3. Adventure Challenge Reward
Trainers can get Tyrunt by earning 5 candies while exploring with their buddies.
4. Adventure Week Field Research Tasks
Trainers can get Tyrunt by walking 5 kilometers and Spinning 25 PokéStops or Gyms. It is important to note that these will only give trainers an easy chance to encounter Tyrunt and will not guarantee a Tyrunt, because the rewards from these research tasks can also turn out to be Amaura which was also released during the adventure week. Users must catch plenty of Tyrunt as they need the candy for its evolution.
Trainers must also remember that if they wish to catch Tyrunt by completing Research Tasks, they will have a hard time finding specific tasks as these tasks keep changing daily. As of now, the spawn rate of Tyrunt is unavailable, but it is safe to assume that players will have to put in some work to get it.
How to Evolve Tyrunt into Tyruntrum in Pokémon Go
- To evolve Tyrunt into Tyruntrum, players will need 50 Tyrunt Candy and they need to evolve Tyrunt into Tyruntrum during the day.
- Players can easily collect the required number of candies by walking with Tyrunt as a buddy or by using Pinap berries while catching Tyrunt.
- Once players have 50 candies they can evolve Tyrunt into Tyruntrum during the day. The adventure week is the best time to collect enough candy and complete the evolution so that players can complete the Kaloe Pokédex in time.
