For all you trainers out there, it’s adventure time. The Pokemon GO Adventure Week 2022 event is just around the corner, and it’s packed with material for you to enjoy, as well as plenty of pokemon eager to spend time with you. In fact, two new animals are introduced as part of the festivities. Through rocky crags and fields of fossils, this year’s Adventure Week invites Trainers to head outside and spend some time with their favorite Rock-type or Fossil Pokémon.
Tyrunt and Amaura pokemon make their debut in the game
The first is Amaura, a rock and ice-type hybrid from Generation 6, while the second is Tyrunt, another Pokémon from the X and Y games, but this one is a rock and dragon-type pokemon who also happens to be a fossil beast. These two pokemon make their debut in field research and eggs as part of the Pokémon Go Adventure Week 2022 event.

Limited Research tasks will be available when you spin Photo Discs at PokéStops. Complete them to encounter Cranidos and Shieldon! You’ll also have a higher chance of encountering Shiny ones.
Wild encounters
Tyrunt and Amaura will be appearing more frequently in the wild depending on the hour. Keep an eye on the sky when you see Amaura—you just might notice some special weather! During all four hours of Ultra Research day, you can encounter the following Pokémon in the wild.
Moreover, Trainers will be able to claim increased Adventure Sync rewards on Monday, June 13, 2022.
Raids

Field Research task encounters
You can encounter the following Pokémon when you complete Field Research tasks! Alongside all these, 5x bonus XP Event bonuses will be available from spinning a PokéStop for the first time in Pokemon GO.
The 2022 Pokémon Go Adventure Week begins on June 7 and ends on June 12. During this time, every time you spin a Pokéstop, you’ll gain double XP, and the first one you visit will give you five times the normal XP.
