Regional Ranking has been introduced to PUBG Mobile and Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for some time now. It is a ranking system where players will be able to connect with other players of their region and city, chat with them, and get city rankings. In this article, we are going to discuss the Regional ranking system in BGMI and how to earn your regional rank.
Regional Ranking system in PUBG Mobile
The regional ranking is an in-game system where players will be able to select their cities in the game. A new region section is added in the more arrow part. To set the city, players will have to click on the Settings option, where State and locality options will appear.
Once a player selects a place, they will not be able to change it for the next 30 days. Players will be able to chat with the other registered players of that locality. Players can also invite other players from that city to play with them via the in-game invite option.
Benefits of the Regional Ranking System
One of the best things about this feature is that players will get time-limited titles at the end of the week based on their weekly rank. It will last for 7 days. There will be multiple types of titles, like ‘most headshots, grenadier, damage dealer, etc’. Players will also be able to chat with players from that city.
A ranking chart will appear where all registered players of that city will compete on the leaderboard. Titles will be given based on that leaderboard rank. Players will be able to join and invite players of that specific.
Players’ moments will also be updated and they will be able to see the moments of players from their cities. Rankings on the leaderboard will be updated every hour. This new feature will surely bring more interest among the players.
