Honkai: Star Rail is introducing the Phase 1 banner, featuring Castorice, Acheron, Jiaoqiu, and Fugue in Version 3.2. Once again, HoYoverse released a quad banner featuring one newly released character and three re-run characters.

She’s not a must-pull in the way some universally broken DPS units are, but she’s a high-tier option with a unique and satisfying kit. If you’re on the fence, waiting to see how she performs in future non-buffed endgame content might be wise—but if you’re a fan of flashy dragon summons and dynamic HP-based combat, she’s a strong addition to any account.

2. Fugue

Fugue stands out as the second top priority in this banner due to her irreplaceable role in Break-focused teams. As the only alternative to Harmony Trailblazer for enabling Super Break, she is a must-have for players using Firefly, Boothill, or Rappa.
